I love the location and the inside atmosphere is quiet and clean with lots of local art to enjoy (and purchase)! The star for me is the food. The coffee is decent but the baked goods and food are AMAZING! I've tried every cookie and almost every donut. Both are soft and perfectly baked. I'm not a huge cake donut fan but I will eat these donuts EVERY. DAY. They have high chairs available and are kid friendly.

Food: 8/10 Solid cookie, definitely try the molasses cookie. Warning: strong molasses flavor. Service: 10/10 friendly barristas greeted upon arrival, quick coffee Comfort: 2/10 The chairs are too short, its the metal chairs where when you sit in them and lean back the only thing that your back touches is the top rounded rim. The wall next to the chair wasnt good to lean against either as they put a board to protect the wall from tables and chairs. No couches or different seating, you get 1 choice. Some of the most uncomfortable chairs ever. Id come here a lot, but I cant with the chairs. Give us some options, maybe some padded options at least, maybe some lumbar support? Something. Cost: Great prices.

The inside has been renovated pretty recently, and it is a small and quaint shop. The staff is always nice, and everything is priced at an affordable level. I usually come here for lunch. When you order a sandwich, you also get chips, as well. I also like to try their soup of the days, and my favorite is the cream of broccoli. Their cookies are my favorite thing they have to offer. I believe it is their specialty. They are really consistent, made fresh, and soft in the inside. I have tried almost every single flavor and each one has been good. I have also tried their cà phê sữa đá (Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk) a few times, and personally it is not my favorite. It is very dark even with the condensed milk, and I feel like there is something missing. I have had better cà phê sữa đá and prefer the ones my aunt makes at home more. Overall, Golden Croissant is a cute place to grab a small lunch. I think it is one of my favorite places in this small town and has a lot to offer for a good price. I definitely recommmed getting a sprinkle cookie or two when coming here!

Some reliable amenities at this chain are:…read more 1) clean bathroom 2) same expected menu 3) decent seating 4) friendly baristas Luckily, after a LONG drive, I was able to find parking and hop into this Starbucks. I made a bee-line for the bathroom only to be stopped by the words of a friendly barista, "Hi! Welcome to Starbucks - how may I help you today?! (with big smile)" Awkwardly, I let her know that I promised to order after a visit to the Whiz Palace. I was able to order both a drink and a snack, and since I had a Star Reward, she even encouraged me to size up my drink - this was so nice! Most baristas don't do this at other Starbucks that I've patronized. It's always a nice feeling when someone is looking out for you or in this case, giving you the most bang for your buck! Happily, I received my order, and my day was made. Next time I'm in the area, I'll be sure to include this Starbucks as my pit-stop.
