Throughout the process everyone we worked with -- from interior design to delivery services to their management team -- were welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. We were introduced to Jacque, one of Wagners' interior designers, who listened to our ideas and then stunned us with her design/furniture presentations. Wow! Beautiful, creative -- perfect! She really helped us visualize by showing us sketches for each room, complete with ideas for furniture, fabric, rugs, lamps. When the furniture (and window treatments) arrived, the delivery team went to work to complete the final touches. They were excellent to work with and willing to go above and beyond to get everything just right. What a great experience we've had with Wagners. We couldn't be happier with the customer service, and of course, our new beautiful furniture. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Joan and Sue

I purchased with a credit card and after not receiving the items and being told we don't have a new delivery date for months I disputed it. Apparently all sales are final means they don't have to give you the items, but you're obligated to pay for them according to wallaroos and synchrony bank. The FTC says otherwise "All Sales Final" Exception: A "final sale" designation applies to returns, not to the failure of the seller to deliver the product. I am disputing the charge a third time since the furniture was purchased over 6 months ago and wallaroos breached the sales contract. Seriously considering getting a lawyer at this point.
