Unfortunately I did not get anyone's name, but the manager was superb, really made a great effort to ensure that the ring returned in better condition than when I brought it in. The young lady (who's Friday is actually her Friday) was amazing as well. The quality of the work was outstanding! I actually tried the other jewelry shop in the mall but they were unable to help. I'm glad, because I probably wouldn't have walked into Morgan's. I will definitely be back!

Then I decided on a beautiful Ruby necklace they had. I was happy with the quality of the stone and gold on the necklace . They did have a nice selection of watches and rings too.
