Unfortunately I did not get anyone's name, but the manager was superb, really made a great effort to ensure that the ring returned in better condition than when I brought it in. The young lady (who's Friday is actually her Friday) was amazing as well. The quality of the work was outstanding! I actually tried the other jewelry shop in the mall but they were unable to help. Retro cat eye with rhinestones. I was able to have my prescription filled in short order. When I got back to where I live the glasses arrived within a week or so.
