At first I wasn't a fan of the new company coming in but once they were around they were amazing to work with! The selection of brands in the clothing, shoes, and activity departments were really great! I loved the quality of the active wear and the winter jackets! I feel like the value of the company is so family friendly, It really focuses on the happiness of the customers! The policy's regarding returns is fairly flexible, and very generous. As soon as I got in I was stopped by a cashier who demanded I leave my backpack in my car because it's their "policy". I said like hell it is, the Hamilton store lets me bring it in - so it's clearly not a corporate policy. Treating customers like criminals is pretty tacky. We designed our entire float and drop off plan around something you could have communicated to us to avoid a Waste of time We now had to pay out of pocket when not planning to and had to drive all over town just to rent. The sale was in September- we still have not heard from anyone at Swanson's. They owe us a check- Mike told me it would go out in 12/11/23...so far, no check and no contact.
