Parking is difficult to find nearby, especially for those with mobility problems. However, on multiple occasions when the sign at the entrance said "FULL", we have asked the attendant if there was possibly a handicapped space despite the signage. EVERY TIME they were able to accommodate us and did so with a smile. We have been so grateful to these young men who went out of their way to be helpful. They deserve recognition for going above and beyond. In addition to this, the price for parking can't be beat!

It is important to point out that the three comps he used to calculate the cap rate also had a slew of variables wrong from income, expense, quality, etc. To top it off he used a 7.75 cap in a market that is currently running at a 6.5 cap. And he even originally came in with an even higher cap and reduced it to 7.75 when he was pressured. A cap rate should be quantitive and because he was able to simply change it when asked shows that his number is made up. Ask your bank to use someone else if you are unlucky enough to get this guy.

This once deteriorated space has become a hub for arts, entertainment, and community togetherness. Over the course of the past many years I have... - Been entertained by the Circus Conservatory of America - Listened to the Maine Marimba Ensemble perform - Watched fire jugglers - Looked at art - Played an impromptu game of kickball ... in the park. And that was before all of the great things that are now intentionally planned for the space! I feel fortunate that we have a permit on one of our cars for this lot due to one of us being employed at a nearby company. There is public parking here in the off hours, after 5pm on weekdays and on weekends. Generally it is $5 I think, but we thought we saw $10 on the 4th of July. The big bonus about this lot... When you exit you have a stop light so you don't have fight to get out... Unless people are blocking the intersection.
