Go see Bill! I'm Thai American and have had plenty of real Thai massages in Thailand -- the local…read morekind, not the tourist kind -- and this is on another level. WOW. The 4+1 Thai Solution Massage (Nuad Benja Phakhi), which is definitely not your traditional "stretch and press" Thai massage. Let's start with Bill -- he has amazing energy--calm, compassionate, and completely devoted to healing. He listens, stays fully present, and with his methods, finds tension you didn't even know existed. This style of massage works on the root causes in the tendons, not just the surface symptoms in sore muscles. And you stay fully clothed the entire time -- no lotions or oils -- just pure, focused bodywork. At first, I wasn't sure about booking a full 2-hour session, but I trusted the other 5-star reviews here, and I'm so glad I did. It gave him time to address my entire body. Each touch felt customized and responsive -- nothing about it felt routine or transactional. I walked out feeling light, loose, and completely reset. In fact, I felt so good I bought a package and I booked my next two appointments before even leaving! Years of muscle and tendon overuse can't be fixed in one visit, but this made a huge dent. I'm excited to keep coming weekly and eventually move to a maintenance cadence -- whatever Bill recommends, I trust him completely. If you want a massage that's intuitive, detailed, and truly healing -- book Bill. You'll be so glad you did. Thank you N' Bill!!

After 6 visits with Dr. Bill I am pleased to say that the pain has subsided tremendously and my body feels as though it's no longer in the fight or flight mode. Last night at 11:30 pm as I couldn't sleep because of the giant knot that was taking over my neck, I looked for deep tissue massage for this morning, and was so glad I found Dusit Thai. Tai was my therapist and is the owner and she basically saved my life. She did a combination of deep tissue Swedish (I think) massage and had great strong pressure and clearly a lot of knowledge and understanding about anatomy as she worked on both my neck things that weren't my neck but made my neck feel much better. At the end she said, "This might feel a little weird but if you're willing to sit on the floor rug and lean against the table, I can use my knees to get even deeper." I put my clothes on and sat on the floor and I couldn't see what she was doing but somehow she put all her weight in her knee and the knee on my shoulder and it was the best thing that's ever happened to my muscle knots. They have Thai, Swedish, and deep tissue massage and also reflexology. They can do a combination of things like they did for me. I will DEFINITELY be back and I recommend you all check it out!

She personally said she takes pride in doing a great job so she could have more returning customers! I'll definitely be coming back! She asks lots of questions that are pertinent to your needs, what your comfort level is, how your last session felt afterwards, and where you'd like to focus on. She also asks you what your chiropractor (if you see one) has mentioned needs work so that she can work cohesively with your doctors to create a custom health plan that works to restore your body. I really love this spa! I live in Virginia now but I came home to visit my family and friends for my birthday. My sister treated my to a spa day and I was completely blown away. I am all about atmosphere, so when I walked into the Truve Gym, it was clean and spacious just how I like it. I was warmly greeted by Memi, Liliana and Andrea. I asked a few questions and these ladies were extremely nice and very professional. Andrea was the massage therapist, she was really nice and asked me a few questions to better meet my needs and understand my sore areas. I explained to her that I just was in a car accident and told her to focus on my lower back, neck and shoulders. When I receive massages, I do not like to be asked a lot of questions because I will usually tell you what I want during the massage, I am very picky. She asked questions about the pressure in the beginning of the massage and checked on me throughout the massage during appropriate times. I must say, I received one of the best Swedish Massages I have ever had as she worked out all the kinks. After the massage was over she offered me water and walked me down the stairs to the front. I was completely comfortable during the massage and fully relaxed at the end. Every time I visit, I have to go to Glow theory because it really made my birthday week! read more

If you're looking for an absolutely incredible massage experience, I highly recommend booking Dijonae! Her hands seemed to effortlessly find all of the knots and sore spots in my muscles, and she worked through them with precision and care. I appreciated how she checked in with me throughout the massage to ensure that the pressure was just right, and that I was comfortable and enjoying the experience.
