He put the homeowner warranty in his name, which was then changed and was still the wrong name. The owners of Homesmart Momentum had to get involved in the transaction because of his unethical standards. If you value your sanity, don't use him. I only placed him at one star because there wasn't a choice for a negative number.

To try to prevent any further flooding, I contacted one of the well-known basement waterproofing companies in the area; they said they could not get anyone out for about 1 1/2 months and that was just to give an estimate. I then contacted B-Dry and after they got some basic information the nice woman asked if my system was from them; I said that I did not know since it was installed prior to my purchase of the house. She went and checked their records and informed me that it was installed by B-Dry in 1980 and therefore was still under warranty. At this point she scheduled me for service a couple of days later and asked if I wanted a copy of the documents. On the following Monday service technician arrived on time; he was knowledgeable and helpful. After a quick inspection he determined that the issue was that the plug for the sump pump was loose due to the adapter, so I taped it to the drainpipe and the pump has been working without issue since them. The whole service call was efficient and ended up being no charge. They also provided me with a complete copy of the documents and warranty for the system. I respect how B-Dry handled this issue; they went above and beyond for a system they installed 53 years ago. They did not take advantage of the fact that I didn't know they had installed the system. B-Dry would be my choice if I needed a basement waterproofing system and I would recommend you use them if you have any flooding issues.

The ADT security system was not used as agreed, the house was left UNLOCKED and we only found this out by chance. The FURNACE was turned off during the coldest winter leading to $3000 in burst pipes with no responsibility taken by the agent -- "you can file a police report and I can give you a list of the agents who showed the house but none of THEM turned off the furnace" -- like if they didn't, I'm sure by mistake, who did!!??? Sharon was just unhelpful, uncommunicative and not very respectful in general. I am very disappointed with our experience.

After we went under contract Sharon was very helpful throughout the closing process. Even though the stay-at-home order was in effect, limiting our ability to meet in person, she was always readily accessible and available to talk.
