I wish there were more than 5 stars to give. Mike Ferrante helped my fiancée and I purchase our first home in July of 2015. Needless to say, as first-time home-buyers the process can be scary at best, but we were in the best possible hands when it came to purchasing a home - whether we were first-time buyers or not. Mike and his team took their time showing us houses until we found what we liked, they understood our needs, and were diligent until we got a great deal, but most importantly, I could tell Mike cared about us as people. Our lender was an absolute nightmare and if it weren't for Mike and his stellar Century 21 team I would've lost my mind. Also, we had an arrangement with the sellers to cover a repair after the deal closed, and Mike and his crew stayed on the case to make sure we got what was promised. They could've taken their money and left us to figure it out, but they didn't. At the end of the day, we got a house we loved for a great price and I owe it all to Mike. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell and home, and if we ever decide to relocate, Mike will definitely be our guy. Besides being a top-notch realtor, he is also a wonderful person, and we feel so close to him and his team that they feel like part of the family! Thanks to Michael Ferrante and his team at Century 21 for selling our house so quickly. We nearly had a bidding war on the first weekend it was listed - now that's a good marketing team! Prior to listing our house with him we set a meeting to discuss our needs and expectations. Michael was prepared with a variety of other comps, market assessments, and helpful suggestions on not only pricing strategy but also tips on staging to help showcase the property. Once we agreed to work with him, he came to our house and made an awesome video that really highlighted the features of the far more than just standard photos and posted this online. The system/service that Century 21 utilizes to schedule showings is efficient and cuts out the lag time of waiting for buyers and sellers agents to connect via phone calls or emails. Their promotion of our home had three buyers walk through on the very first weekend and a full price offer on the table! His work on our behalf didn't end there. He connected us to reliable contractors and other vendors that were able to assist us with getting those "pesky" little items that the buyers requested done in short order. In our buying/relocating experience we saw many houses sit on the market for months but due to his good counsel we were able to sell our house quickly and effortlessly. Mike is awesome! Let's face facts: you're going to be spending a lot of time with your agent. You may as well enjoy it. From the moment you meet him, Mike is super friendly, and a genuinely nice guy. I know that what really matters is the houses he shows you and his attitude in selling, but feeling like you can talk to the guy matters. Buying a house is stressful business! But Mike's attitude is very "person-first." As a businessman, you couldn't ask for more. The guy is professional, congenial, and a good real estate agent. He responds promptly, he operates his business ethically, and he follows through on what he says he's going to do. I don't know what Jim R's problem is. Maybe they're talking about a different Mike Ferrante because the one I know only has his clients best interests at heart. The man operates his business from a relationship standpoint - he'd rather build bridges than get a single sale. Side note: Reading through Jim R.'s rant, it seems like most of the problem they were having was with their internet. It's likely the source of their communication complaints as well their listing complaint. Or even more likely, technological ineptitude. They should be complaining to the real villains of their story: Time Warner Cable (forgive my assumption of their internet provider). Nutshell: Ignore Jim R. Choose Mike Ferrante. read more

Mike Ferrante helped sell my house on the West Side of Cleveland in an area where the foreclosures and market was very depressed. Truth be told, I had to short sell because of financial hardships with losing my job and the new one not paying as well. When I approached Mike (He was recommended to me), he was very understanding and respectful of my situation. He gave me excellent advice and took on the sale even though it was across town at least 30 minutes away in good traffic, and was not going to return a big commission. Thanks to Mike Ferrante and his office, I enjoyed a huge weight off my shoulders with the sale. His advice was golden and even though the bank was being difficult, Mike took on more than any other agent would to help me sell off the house. My house sold fast even with the difficulties and I was released form an amazing amount of pressure and anxiety. Mike was there every step of the way with genuine concern and advice. I don't know the business but his commission had to be almost nothing and yet he stepped in to help. He's an extremely knowledgeable realtor and a very nice personable gentleman to work with. Mike Ferrante is the best of realtors. When we were selling our home in a down market, Mike worked with us until it was sold. Other realtors gave up on us when the house did not sale fast and we did not make the changes they wanted. Mike is honest, professional, patient, hardworking, knowledgeable and a good listener. I was helping my parents with selling their property in east coast from west coast. We had specific schedule requirement as for closing and move out date due to relocating plan. Meeting exact scheduled time was essential on our case since they are moving from east coast to west coast after selling their property. Mike is amazing. He sold our homes for more than we could have hoped and made the process as painless as possible. He has a great team who communicates well and helps at every turn. Once we moved, he and his team kept and eye on our homes and made sure they sold as quickly as possible for as much as possible.
