When I arrived at the shop, I asked Ji about the difference between the tint I had selected and the next level up. He took the time to explain the differences and gave me a demonstration without making me feel pressured or trying to upsell me. I really appreciated that. After seeing the demo for myself, I decided to go with the upgraded tint. I picked up my RAV4 a couple of hours later and was very happy with the results. While I was there, I also asked Ji about PPF for my Toyota Tacoma. Once again, he demonstrated the product, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured into purchasing anything. After seeing the product firsthand, I decided to schedule my Tacoma to have the roof wrapped in PPF the following week. What I appreciate most about Ninetailz is that they don't try to upsell you. They explain the different products and options, answer any questions you have, and let you decide what works best for you. That type of customer service really stood out to me.

Ji and the team at Ninetailz Motorsports completely set the standard with my 2024 Tesla Model 3. I initially brought it in for a full front-end PPF package using XPEL Ultimate film--covering the hood, front bumper, fenders, headlights, and mirrors. I left it overnight, and when I picked it up the next day, I was blown away by the craftsmanship. It looked so good that I ended up coming back a few weeks later to get the front windshield tinted! What really blew me away, though, was Ji's follow-through. He asks you to bring the car back after a week so he can inspect the work, catch any tiny air bubbles, and make sure everything cured flawlessly. Awesome service, unbeatable work ethic, and a super smooth experience from start to finish. I can't recommend Ji and his crew enough!
