These guys are NOT focused on helping you. I needed a broken tooth extracted. It was giving me pain. My dental insurance would take care of cost. This was not good enough for these guys. These guys would not extract the broken tooth unless I paid them an extra $1200 to do a bone graft. Did I need a bone graft? No. They needed to do a bone graft so they can do Dental implants in the future. They didn't care that I just wanted a Tooth Extracted without getting Dental implants in the future. So I left with my painful tooth still because these careless people didn't want to waste their time with doing just a tooth extraction. DON'T GO HERE. THE RECEPTION IS COLD. THE SERVICE IS QUICK, UNCARING & HOW CAN WE GET DENTAL IMPLANTS ON THIS PERSON. THAT'S THEIR FOCUS, PUTTING IMPLANTS IN YOU....DOESN'T MATTER IF YOU WANT OT OR NOT & IT DOESN'T MATTER THAT YOU ARE HAVING PAIN. Also, I read other reviews how clean this place was. It was clean. But I have never been to an Unclean Dental office. Having a Clean Office should be expected!! Reviews should not commend a business for what is expected. Wonderful experience, Dr.Kim was very gentle with both of my kids and my checkup/ cleaning. X-ray tech was very attentive and friendly. I really like this places hygienist he is super informative and helpful with tips on flossing and brushing. However, I needed a root canal re treatment and they send me to another place that charged me full price and at the end of it I still will need my tooth pulled. I had paid for a procedure for a crown and didn't go through with treatment because I need an extraction and not a crown. So I asked for a refund they made me sign a document so I had to drive back to the office and they said their team in Indian? Is processing the request and instead of returning my money back to the card they will be sending it via check which is going to take 2 weeks. So I will have waited closer to a month for a refund from this place. They also said they would call to give me an update but I have to be the one to keep calling for an update. read more

came here because it was the only dentist that could see me on such short notice. I was in so much pain from molar #2 that was an already treated root canal from several years ago, and several of places I've called all told me I need a "specialist" for either re-treat or extraction and then the insurance would take time to kick in. I was in complete agony!! So This was the last place I called and they were able to book me in quickly. The front desk girls were very nice. I was called in within 5 minutes!! The dentist came and examined me and explained everything and all my options, he was very nice and very understanding, since it wasn't worth "trying to save" the tooth by re-treating it, I decided to get it extracted (I thought he was going to say I need a specialist) but he was able to extract it there and that time. A lot was kinda a tough molar to pull out, he was super patient with me and gentle throughout the process. The office and back are very clean and a nice modern environment with lots of plants around a relaxing atmosphere. I stopped bleeding from the tooth by evening time and it was a speedy recovery for me. I'm thankful I found this little gem dentist. I will be returning and I definitely recommend anyone who needs any dental care to come here. read more

Wonderful place to go if you are neurodivergent and/or have a dentist phobia!!!! They are gentle, they explain everything they are going to do and why they need to do it, they give as many breaks as you need, and they are GOOD at what they do. I had a large molar extracted which is not an easy task. It took about an hour and a half and I could tell how hard it was to yank out my tooth. Not only did the job get done, but the kindness and patience was beyond any experience I have had with a dentist. I have found my place for all of my future dental needs. read more

I am very happy with how my deep cleaning appointment went today. I was so relieved that I did not have to get shots that would numb the area for this deep cleaning. They used a topical gel that was a little stronger and it was perfect. I didn't feel any pain or uncomfortableness. On Dec 9 2024 was told they where going to trim "around my cavity" I assume a filling. He said to try to save my tooth (molar) from getting a route canal. And a mini gum surgery to reach down into the cavity. On the X-rays it shows the cavity reached the dentin(sensitivity) part of the molar. In the process he said "I think" your going to need a route canal. That's where it all began. As he said that I questioned it in my head. For 1 he knew there was a high chance of not saving my molar with a feeling he knew that I was going to go thru a lot of pain. I left home with a temporary crown. Pain and discomfort. I go back in 2 weeks for my permanent crown and was told that he wasn't going to cement it. Clearly I had no idea I was going to go thru so much pain and discomfort mind you am going by with what he says because you'd think they know what their doing even tho I had some doubts. He said let's see how you feel from now and let's give it 2 weeks if still in pain then you will need your route canal on January . It fell off Dec 30 I go back to get it glued on. I was asked how I feel and at the moment I was not in so much pain so they said maybe you don't need a route canal. He asked me if I wanted it cemented????!!!!! Of course not but what baffles me is that he asked me that question , had id say said yes I can just imagine the pain I was going to endure. Why did he put me on that spot so he can clean his hands and say well she wanted it cemented smh! What if I didn't know any better and said yes? On Jan 2-3 the pain traveled to my ear! At this point I was overwhelmed and depressed and of course in so much pain. I called and told them about my ear pain and they said if I want to go back so they can check it out I said no. Definitely there was something wrong He knew I was going to go thru pain he's the "professional" I was and still feel depressed from the pain I'm going thru til this very day. With all this said I deserve my reimbursement. No one should go thru a mal practice that led to other complications. just had my route canal and now waiting to heal so I can get a new crown elsewhere I deserve my reimbursement for the first crown that was done. I should had never gone thru this horrible experience Turns out the crown was to big. read more
