I was a first time patient and decided to go here. First off. They don't take credit cards and after I told her my debit card wouldn't cover the cost she still asked if I wanted to give it a shot. Lol. I told her how am I going to eat and pay bills?? And, all of the staff photos you see are outdated. None of those people work there. I would like to say the dentist himself was nice and the young girl that took my X-rays. But... after all was said and done I got a bill for $1,800. And I have insurance. So I said no thank you and walked out. I called my insurance company and found out they charged for a procedure that is included with the filling procedure, and put alternative treatment on the bill saying they were necessary. Under new management The staff rocks!!! They are very professional and the doctor who was doing my fillings was very attentive to my needs and has the best touch!!! Most of the dentists I've been to have the touch of construction worker and hammer away at my teeth but not here! The doctor genuinely cared about my teeth and at one point told the dental assistant that "when fillings between teeth are done correctly, they'll last forever". Went in for some work, they pulled my tooch which was fine but then said i needed two root canals. when i couldn't pay they kept me in a room trying to get me to appyl for credit, and it felt like they were trying to keep there to make an appointment and pay. spent more time discussing my "options" than how to treat my issues. recently i got a second opinion on my so-called root canals, and the new dentist says they don't exist and that im just having some swelling because my fillings are a little too high. he fixed the problem and no pain. to this day tjey are still trying to get me to come back in. these people tried to fool me. I felt no pain literally which was wonderful, I have had horrible experiences at other dentist offices before which I explained to Dr.Manali. Their reminders regarding appointments and their follow-up after the appointment checking on your wellbeing is awesome.
