The highlight was definitely the quality of the work. I had some stubborn watermarks from a sprinkler system that I simply couldn't get off myself, no matter what I tried. He managed to get rid of them completely, and the car looks brand new again. If you're looking for a reliable, high-quality mobile detailer who actually delivers on time, I highly recommend them!

Discovered after…read moreI was driving that he had taken a special card made for my mother folded it in half and put it in the center console. It was made of veneer wood and is now ruined. Very disappointing overall would not recommend. 9/21 reply to James comment below. 1. I didn't change the time you texted me requesting a later time to start and I said no because I had an appointment at 9 AM you said that was no problem 2. Even at the lower price it wouldn't have been worth it, especially with destroying the special card that you folded over and put in the console 3. you apparently do this every day, you were the one that promised you could do it in the time and when you got to the car you still said it was no problem and if it was a problem maybe you could've said hey I didn't finish it this time but I'll come back and finish it instead you didn't say anything and left it to me to point out all the problems 4. You did discount the rate from one $75 to $100. I texted you and said if you wanna finish the job one morning this week you can come back and do that and I'll give you the rest of the money. You did not respond. After 2 hours I said "never mind" and you thumbs up emoji'd that message, so clearly you were sending me a message that you had no interest in following up to finish the job 3. Pictures attached. Would you want your car returned like this after a detail? Third comment to reply to his updated reply below - you texted me at 8:34 AM, which was already late when I said I needed to leave by 8:30. - you say rude, I say I paid you your Venmo pointed out that the work was a little sloppy and went to my appointment. You've already fabricated the story about me telling you the time was different in the morning and now you're saying I'm rude. I guess you really only should get one star. All of which was avoidable had you just accepted my offer to take the rest of the payment and finish the job. Integrity would typically dictate that in someone but I guess there's a generational value of quality between us that you don't share. Good luck.

That's how you get a pretty job that falls apart in six months. Private Collection in Glendale is my third time. I'm not a one-and-done review. I came back because they ruined the idea of "good enough." They don't just coat it and wave goodbye. They teach you what you're buying. They tell you what it will do and what it won't. They communicate like professionals, they work like obsessives, and they treat the car like it's sitting in their own driveway. That's the part you can't fake. These guys love cars. You can feel it.
