They came out about a month ago to wash a couple of our cars. They did a good job but forgot to vacuum the trunk of each car. We scheduled an appointment for two weeks to have three (3) cars washed, one detailed. I sent a message on Yelp the night before to confirm our appointment. No response. I text the owner two times the next morning no response. Sad that the owner doesn't care about making money, establishing a clientele or give common courtesy to politely dismiss the appointment. Was looking for a local company that would come to us, stumbled upon this business sent them a message on yelp and got an immediate response. We needed a complete detail on our family truck and headliner needed to be cleaned on another vehicle we have. Needless to say words cannot express how satisfied and impressed we were. The gentlemen showed up on time as agreed and did such a great job. We are definitely having them come back to do our other two vehicles!! They squeezed in a much needed headliner cleaning job on one of them and gave us a reasonable estimate to have the seats shampoo'd when we're ready! October 7 2019 Omar did a really great job with his mobile car wash service today. It takes a lot of work and attention to detail to wash and give a couple extra minutes of detail when washing a Toyota Tundra. I had Omar detail my brother's truck over the weekend. I had borrowed my brother's truck and smoked cigarettes that stunk up the interior. Needless to say my brother was not too happy. Omar gave me a great price and cleaned the inside of the truck thoroughly. The truck interior was steamed cleaned, shampooed and deodorized. Never showed up. I had an appointment at 9:00 am. I sent a message to the owner Omar via through Yelp and did not get a reply from him. I finally heard back from him around 10:30-11:00 after messaging his personal cell. He said that he was bogged down and would come later in the day which wasn't going to work with my schedule. The shampooing has of the carpets were great, both front seat and back. However, when I came from work to see the finished product, there was still cleaning spray on the front windshield, like it wasn't wiped down. Sprayed but not wiped, that's weird. The visible dust and grime on the vents of the ventilation in the cabin wasn't touched at all nor was the instrument display. The center console interior wasn't even wiped down with a rag, not even touched really, I mean obvious grime that was just ignored. Some parts were done well, some weren't done at all. read more

I decided to go with down and dirty bc of the great reviews on yelp. I needed my car detailed Friday as I was looking to trade in my car that weekend and wanted it to look it's best. He came around 9ish and I cleaned out my car As requested. About 30 mins into starting on my car I get a call from him saying he had a family emergency and would come back as soon as he was done. He asked if I would be home all day and I said yes. I totally understand family emergency so I said sure no problem just give me a call when you get back. ALL DAY WE WAITED NOTHING. if the emergency was bigger than he thought than a courtesy call would have been nice so that I can find another detailer. I still gave him benefit of the doubt and messaged him the next day and ask if we can schedule soon. NO RESPONSE AT ALL UNTIL NOW AND TODAY IS MONDAY.
