Between all of the traveling and meals I've eaten in my car, I needed a specialist to get my car clean again. I contact JD Services and received a quote, which I've found to be very reasonable. To start I had my mother stop by and schedule an appointment with Flash Mobile Detailing, which is…read moresomething I normally wouldn't do. I feel like a lot of automotive service centers whether it be for sales, repair, tinting, or detailing get a bad reputation for how they interact with women. Unfortunately, this tends to hold true for a lot of places but not at Flash Mobile Detailing. She told me about how great the customer service was and I was personally impressed by how soon they were able to get her into the schedule. My mother's Mercedes has always been kept in good condition, but over the years her headlights started to accumulate severe oxidation and hazing on the exterior. Out of the box solutions I applied either worked temporarily or not at all. I heard about the quality of work that Flash did from other friends in the car scene and honestly this was our last resort. If after this appointment, there was little or marginal improvement, I was just going to look into how much two new ML350 headlight assemblies would cost. This is obviously something I'd rather not expense, but visibility and headlight performance were so poor at night I felt as though it was a hazard for my mother and others on the road. You can't drive safely if you can't see where you're going or if others can't see you! My mother dropped her car off and waited while the team worked. She said they worked quickly, but paid attention to detail and made sure the job was done correctly the first time. All of the oxidation and haziness was removed and every time she drives at night, I get a text about how much of a difference the detail made. I literally got a text tonight out of the blue from her, "Lights are a blessing!" I'm thankful for them taking care of my mom and I would recommend John and his team to anyone looking for everything you would want and more from a detailing and ceramic coating experience. Thanks Flash!

I strongly recommend you to CAREFULLY consider this shop as your vehicle MIGHT BE BROKEN after…read moretheir work, and they are NOT responsible for it. 1. Quality: 2.5 - as you can see the attached image, this is it. I just wanted to generously ignore it, but their disappointing responsibility ended up for me to report it. In addition, I have a few dusts from the driver side. I got the tint job with all 4 windows with hatch and the 4 windows have different cut length from the edge of each windows - irregular. 2. Kindness: 5 - they were kind at the visit 3. After service: 1 - after a couple of months of tint job, my car started sounds rattling from each window which is pretty annoying and it got louder and more frequent. After visiting two dealerships, both of them were concluded that the sound is due to the quality of the tint job. One said they broke my B pillar part, and the other said thickness of the tint film causes the noise by harming the parts. I contacted them and they asked me to send the quotes for the fix, so I did as their request. I thought that they could reimburse or at least find a solution together, however, unfortunately, they started not to respond at all. The service guy said that the part was broken because they had to take the part off when tint jobs, but they said they did not (to me, it was obvious that they could have caused the noise because no one touched the car, but I wanted to trust them). Therefore, I asked them to contact the dealership and explain what they did so that I can fix my car under the vehicle warranty. They "Once" contacted to the service, and that was all that they tried for resolve this issue. They said that they tried to contact but there was no response from the dealership (from their email: Yes called a couple weeks ago. The he wasn't in. Who ever I talked to knew the car. I explained how we tint. And he left a message. I never heard back from them.). Just to things to be clear, I have never done any modification from the stock, and they only touched the vehicle. There was no tint at all when I purchased my car. I bought a vehicle (less then 1 year old CPO, 13K) from a dealership with stock condition - no mod at all. 4. Responsibility: 1 - they seemed to be responsible initially, where they asked me the price for fix as they might somewhat agree that they did something wrong. However, after I sent the quote, they started to deny their mistake and ended up not to respond at all. I cannot give even 1 for their responsibility.

It's a family owned business and they do a great job making customers feel appreciated. Do not go here with expectations that it's a fast full-service carwash. It's not fast because they do an unbelievable detailed job on your vehicle. 1. The tunnel wash. They have the speed of the wash slower than most other washes so if you only want a wash you'll get your money's worth and they always have an attendant that drys your vehicle. 2. If you pay for the full-service you might think you underpaid. Your vehicle goes through 3 full-service stations. They clean the door jams, they pop your rear window and tailgate and wipe the inside, they wash the rubber floor mats, they use high pressure air to get in the groves and crevices in your vehicles interior, and the last station is quality control where they go over everything. Why would you go to one of those washes that you have to dry, vacuum, and clean the interior yourself for the almost the same price of a full-service at Autosheen?? That doesn't make sense. P.S. Sign up for the monthly wash program, it's worth it!!
