Overpriced, poor customer service. Feel free to ask for my personal experiences.

They got us in right away, sewed up the lid, and gave us some antibiotics to apply over the next few weeks. It was so bad, we were cautioned that he may need to have the eye removed... But after two weeks and having stitches removed, his eye was already starting to heal nicely. Now, just a couple months later, the cloudiness in his eye is going away, his eyeball is intact, and I think he may even be starting to see out of it again. Village Vet was friendly, competent and more reasonably priced than any other vet we've ever used. I recommend them highly to anyone who asks me. The entire eye procedure, along with the meds and vaccinations was only about $250- a complete shock for me after previous price tags for just a regular checkup. A+!! Thank you for being a veterinary clinic who cares about the animals and not just making a buck!! We completely switched vets right away after this wonderful experience.

The dr was great, the exam thorough, and all went well. When he realized I was originally there for the female, he examined her as well. I was so impressed. He took his time and was thorough. He actually cares about my dogs! I switched because I was looking for that. Tired of going to a vet with a marvelous reputation but only concerned about $$$$ not my dogs and it was blatantly obvious.

Covid has thrown all sorts of weird and wacky new procedures our way but everyone here was great. I called to let them know I was there, they called back to get some info about my dog and then they came right out to the car to get her. After her visit, the vet called, he was SO nice and thoroughly explained what he thought was wrong and talked about the medicine he would send out with her. The price was almost MUCH better than any other vet I've been to in the area. Will definitely be switching both dogs to make this our permanent vet.

Hello. We have been here previously for our bunny, the first time we visited went quite well,…read morehowever the 2nd time we arrived, we spoke with the vet on our bunny's condition. She was not eating, (3+ days.) unless it was softer things like fruit, and as well as not having her usual energy and jumps. She had lost weight, and didn't smell the best due to her sickness and unable to clean herself, and due to that, the vet barely touched her. We got booked a late appointment, when the vet called us he was very quick with examining her weight and behavior, not a full checkup, despite the price we paid. He never checked her mouth, he provided us medicine in case there was an infection, however, whenever she'd chew, her teeth made a noise. We managed to blend up hay and her other food, and she was so hungry she'd take it. Our rabbit had an overgrown tooth, causing this reaction out of her, and nothing was done about it. Come mothers day, the bunny had passed.

I was a complete mess, heart broken crying to the doctor. They put her under & ended up taking no teeth out "cause the disease is incurable". A year later I brought my cat to another doctor when I graduated college near my hometown. My current vet looked at me crazy when I told her my cat had this disease and tested her and it came back negative lmao. So this place completely scammed me. Shame on u guys for real, especially seeing that I was a broke college student at the time.

Our dog needed a dental cleaning, and it was completed, but for a significantly higher cost than quoted and we had to return for additional extractions not long after. Same issue. The bill was astronomical. Biopsies were taken from the same area on both visits, but we never received results for the second biopsy, and when I called multiple times I was told someone would call me back, which they never did, which leads me to think the specimen was either lost or never taken. I also received a call while my dog was in surgery asking if we wanted to remove healthy teeth. It should be noted here that the price increased per tooth. The most egregious error was, despite a thorough exam before surgery, the fact that our dog was in early stage kidney failure was completely missed. We lost precious early intervention time and unfortunately we lost him three weeks ago. They claimed he had Addisons disease, but there was never any follow up or a treatment plan aside from the vet telling me "These dogs are hungry as hell". All in all, I regret bringing our lovely boy here, and we will absolutely not be returning with any future pets.
