The gifted offering was directed primarily to her Mom -- definitely the one who knows, and is able to really savour the distinctive flavours of these kinds of meats. And she sure did. I managed to target the weisswurst, and ensured we enjoyed a meal together with this sausage. It is a sausage favourite of mine, and I really enjoyed their product - creamy in texture, and rather 'lighter' in flavour. I could enjoy that sausage often, and in so many ways. At this time, that included one taste of sweet & savory, open-faced sandwiches -- made with slices of weisswurst sausage on cinnamon rolls -- tried before the sausage was gone.
