He accommodated my brief time window for visiting properties (four days!) We actually found the house we wanted on the first day, and had an accepted offer in two days. Then we started the whirlwind of loan application, insurance, inspection, utilities acquisition, etc. Alex was helpful with all of it. He was able to recommend trustworthy people to serve as a lender, inspector, any repair bids we needed, etc. His knowledge of Rochester and reliable businesses was very helpful. Before I even traveled to Rochester, Alex had onboarded us with a Zoom call that answered all of my husband's and my questions. He patiently answered any inquiries I sent his way as I searched for properties online. His insight into neighborhoods and even traffic patterns was terrific. Alex has a high expectation of himself and others regarding integrity and professionalism. I appreciated that about him. He was fun and insightful as we toured properties. I especially valued his advice about which aspects of a home might have less appeal when it comes time to sell the property down the road. All in all, Alex Mayer is a great guy to work with. I am so glad he was recommended to us. He helped make a stressful time so much easier. I have yet to meet his dogs, but I hope I get to at some point in the future!

My wife Melissa and I were referred to him by a friend, and from the very first time we met, he made us feel like we were in great hands. He arranged for us to meet up quickly at a restaurant. I still remember that first meeting vividly--what was supposed to be a one-hour chat ended up being three hours! It was basically a crash course on real estate 101. As a first time home buyer, I had lots and lots of questions, but Alex was so personable and patient. He went into great detail about the process upfront and always explained things in plain, easy-to-understand language. He made sure we truly understood all the technical terms and jargon before moving forward. Alex is incredibly communicative and approachable. He gave us his phone number and email right away, and his responsiveness was amazing. He got us set up on the Home Spotter search app, made sure our filters were right, and told us to reach out anytime. Whenever we found interesting houses, he was so good at arranging four to five showings back-to-back on days that worked best for us. It took us about 4 months of looking to find our place, and honestly, his easy-going personality made this arduous process feel like a breeze. Alex is also super well-connected with top-notch industry professionals. He connected us right away with an amazing local lender, Heather, and later set us up with a fantastic inspector and title company. When we finally put in an offer, he guided us step-by-step and expertly negotiated repairs on our behalf after the inspection. It's hard to find someone so trusting and fiercely protective of his clients' interests. As a wonderful bonus, getting to meet his dogs, Atlas and Kaia, brought so much extra joy! Alex would bring them to some of our house showings, and they just spread so much happiness, making the whole process way less stressful. We just closed at Rochester Title on March 10th, 2026, and we truly couldn't have survived this journey without Alex's guidance. Highly, highly recommend! Alex also likes to keep in touch with his clients even after they buy a house to make sure the buyers are satisfied. He is very resourceful, and he is happy to share names of contractors and handy people for after sale small house fixes and home projects. With Alex you get a wonderful realtor, a decent human being, and potentially a long term friend.

As…read morefirst-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions (especially being completely new to the process), but she always made us feel comfortable being ourselves and never once made us feel anything less than supported. What stood out most were her integrity and kindness -- we always trusted her guidance and felt confident she was looking out for us every step of the way. She genuinely cared about us as people, not just clients, and always prioritized our safety and wellbeing. Noelle is incredibly knowledgeable and well-researched, and she shared information at whatever level we needed in order to feel comfortable. She truly listened and remembered what we were looking for, so we never felt like just another client. She also went above and beyond in ways she didn't have to, helping with things outside her role and connecting us with amazing resources for insurance and mortgage support. By the end, she felt more like a friend than a realtor, and someone we could trust and turn to anytime. We're so grateful for her!!

Georges is highly educated, well-traveled, and thoughtful, with a delightful young family. He's hardworking and busy, but he still takes time to respond quickly and address your needs. He speaks multiple languages fluently. We were surprised to see that he's also skilled at making home repairs, as we stumbled across him making a complex repair at a large, older home. That's a great skill set for a realtor as that knowledge can help him advise clients to support sound decisions. We're not old friends or associates of Georges. We had never heard of Georges before we made a very specific request. He responded faster than anyone else and showed us a property that night. It met our needs well, at a bargain price, and we'll always be grateful. If you're looking for someone who cares about YOU, give Georges a ring.
