My wife and I have refinanced several times with Kurt at Twin city lending. The very first time we used Kurt I was very impressed with his professionalism, was very strramed line system. When we started the process asked for some basic information then went over our options, he was upfront and honest with us. After reviewing option with other companies Kurt offered the best option. He sent us a list of things he need, this list included everything he needed from us for him to complete the mortagage. We set a close date and schedule a appraisal on our home. We close on time. I have in the passed had request after request from lenders for financial information from and some of the most stressful aspect have been not closing on time. Not with Kurt. Every time we have closed on EVERY TIME. He as always sent a list of financial informal he needed and only once he asked us to resend a document that did not scan clear enough ONLY ONCE. Thats 3 different mortgage. My most recent refinance was the smoothest yet. I was contacted by loan depot I had them write a estimate. I then went to Kurt and asked him what he could do. His estimate was not only a half percent better for the rate but less then half of the closing cost. Loan depot offers a loan match but I said why wouldn't they offer the best deal upfront if they want my business. So back to why so smooth, because it was I same home Kurt had most of that information didn't have a thousand question from him. Pick mortgage, scheduled appraisal, sent a short list of financial information and closed on time. I recently was look at buying another home for my sister and last year we made several offers on homes (like ten) all want a preapproval letter for that home before accepting the offer. Every time I asked for a letter from Kurt, I sent the address to him and he would sent back a letter normally less then a hour but sometime in mins. Keep up the great work Kurt. read more
