Horrible follow up care after a total knee. I would not recommend Dr Dennis! I'm one year post op and I struggle daily. Terrible decision.

He genuinely cares about you & solves all my arthritis struggles in my knees & hips! In fact, I've watched him over the years, and he's dedicated to everybody that walks in that door! Dr. Parks is a strategist to keep you moving, & takes a generous amount of time to hear you, & get you back on track so you can enjoy life again! And coming in the front door is like coming Home with Jade - I honestly look forward to seeing her because she is so compassionate, smart, & cares about you. I had a few critical needs with the wrong pain med & interaction or my right total knee replacement, & the on-call Doctor, & Nurses are determined & effective in handling things after hours! And Dr. Parks is always there; he calls you back & helps me! I aap It is Rare; this is Truly Exceptional Health Care from a down-to-earth, relatable & very highly educated, brilliant surgeon. I believe that in my 56 years of life, no Doctor compares to Dr. Parks. He & his Team are the extra mile of success, providing critical tools- for instance, the in-home Physical Therapy the first two weeks was absolutely the best way to go with the ice machine and the exercise/compression equipment. Everything is on-par to get you back in motion, back to Yoga, Golf, Mountain Biking, Pilates, the Gym, Skiing, & Hiking. I also loved working with Perea; she has been like my Partner in health; she is sharp, easy to work with, & Calista in X-Ray feels like family I also enjoy working with the second receptionist too! It's truly a team you can trust, and you don't see that very much anymore while experiencing excellent health care. I think Dr. Parks might be one of my favorite people in my life over the last 10 years. Bravo!

I keep giving this place a chance and I'm honestly sad to give this review. I feel like Dr White is…read moreprobably brilliant and obviously he's developed a great technique for labrum repair. But his office has just been a constant disappointment. I first saw him last spring 2024 before having his labrum repair surgery in May 2024. I sought him out because I knew I needed the surgery after being diagnosed with the labrum tear elsewhere and having them tell me it had to be repaired in two surgeries instead of one. So, the obvious choice was Dr White with all his glowing reviews. He really has a great bedside manner but you can tell most of his effort goes into the consultation in which he essentially "sells" you his surgery. But.... You will NEVER see him for an appointment where he is not at least an hour behind and the front desk staff and nurses will treat you like YOU are the rude one no matter how nicely you ask for an update or try to express your need to leave by a certain time. My appointment was for 11 today. I arrived at 10:50. Was taken back for X-rays at 11:15 then put back in the waiting room, then was finally brought back to an exam room at 11:50. When I told the nurse I had a hard stop at 12:30 to make it to another appointment across town, she looked at me with such disdain I could not believe it. Like, how dare I not plan three hours for a Dr. White visit. it really didn't matter anyway because I still didn't see him until 12:40 when I was basically panicking about the time I couldn't ask as many questions as I wanted. Every single time I ever went to see Dr White, the wait has been more than an hour. I thought a year later might be a different experience, but they obviously gave no interest in improving it. I'll also never get over the bad taste left from my fight for my $2500 deposit more than 6 months after insurance paid the claim. I'm sure I'd still be waiting if I didn't fight as hard as I did to finally get it back. I basically emailed everyone I could possibly think of affiliated with the practice over and over until I eventually made progress. Overall, the labrum repair surgery didn't work for me, and I'm not really sure why but he told me to follow up again in a year. Ugh. Not sure I'll find it worth it. After I waited 1.5 hours past my appointment time to see him he spent a whole 5 minutes with me. I'm convinced all his amazing studies on the success of his labrum repair technique are extremely biased because he's not including the failures. Or because people with failed surgeries don't go back. Just some stuff to keep in mind if you are considering it. If I had the chance to do it over, I wouldn't go near this place.

Brett and Angela are the best, super personable and knowledgeable, and I always look forward to seeing them. Since I tore a muscle in my lower back playing basketball four years ago, I was never able to fully recover and get back to my active lifestyle of working out and playing sports. I was always in some degree of discomfort and was constantly terrified of re-injuring my back. I would see some slow recovery and then just a slight mis-movement would undo all of my progress. I had worked with chiropractors and massage therapists for a few years and would have short-term benefits but would eventually end up re-injuring myself doing the slightest things. I had never worked with a physical therapist before because honestly I just didn't know what they would do besides have me do things I already know (do some stretches and lift some light weights). I ultimately went to Atlas because I was starting to lose hope and was thinking back surgery may be inevitable. I could not be MORE GRATEFUL for coming to Atlas! It has been life-changing, and that isn't an exaggeration. My back is PAIN-FREE for the first time in YEARS and my lower back mobility and strength is probably better than when I got injured. I have had a couple small setbacks over the last few months but my body recovered so much quicker and it has never gone back to where it was before. Today, I feel great and can't believe that I'm only going in every other week and typically show up without any pain. I'm fully on the path to recovery and have full confidence - for the first time in years - that I will get my life back and have a stronger, more flexible, back than before. It's possible & I highly encourage going to Atlas if you are in the same boat that I was. Thanks Brett and Angela! See you in a couple weeks!

After receiving a recommendation from a co-worker I got on the website and put in my information for an appointment. I got a call within a few minutes ( I am sure that is not the norm but yay for me and my knees.). I was told they had a cancellation for the following day and was able to get an appointment right away. That same night I was emailed information about the patient portal and filled out a ton of questionnaires - that would be my only complaint- I felt like some of those questionnaires were for other procedures offered, which I was not getting. The office was clean and Devon and Dr. Quinn were very professional, but also incredibly empathetic to the pain I was in before sure and after the procedure. I appreciated the time that Dr. Quinn took to explain everything she saw on my MRI and what she was going to do, was doing and finally what I could expect after the procedure. Not gonna lie the procedure was painful, but I felt reassured and safe the whole time.

Fast forward to today, after just 4 months, I am seeing significant results! I can see little baby hairs growing at my hair line. I also do not have as much hair falling out in the shower. Seeing Dr. Quinn was one of the best decisions of my life. She helped me address an issue that was severely affecting my self confidence. I am now hopeful and feeling optimistic that my hair will become thick and long like it used to be in my teens! I definitely recommend seeing Dr. Quinn for anything. She has a wealth of knowledge and I fully trust her with any treatment she can offer.

I had a good feeling about Dr. Chung, and after of a year of "conservative- non invasive -…read moresurgical" trials and failures... (under other doctors) I am now at 2 months post surgery. I feel that choosing Dr. Chung was key to the early success of the procedure... spinal fusion (C3-6). And read, I've lost very little range of motion that I've noticed. Mainly it's when flatly bending the neck to the shoulder. That's where you'd hold a telephone when using both hands to do something else. 'Easy to live with and exchanging that for the pain!!! And why don't they shove those... stupid non-steroids like anti inflammatory pills and let us have real pain medication? I stopped taking pain medication regularly at 3 weeks after surgery and completely off those meds by 5 weeks after surgery. I. Have leftovers in a safe place! And they said I would be at risk for addiction! especially when considering the pain I was in on a daily basis. I thought it would be several months before I'd be able "fend for myself ". It's been almost 2 months and I'm pretty much able to do everything I had done a year previously. So, okay... try conservative methods to alleviate your pain and disability, but don't shy away from the possibility of tried and true medical/surgical intervention. It worked wonders for me...

At Uptown, I get a full treatment tailored to my needs executed with care and precision.
