The woman who was helping everyone did everything. She took the order, grabbed the pastry and made the coffee. All with a smile! After I sat down, I also noticed that she switched effortlessly between German and English, which was good for the tourists. I really have a lot of compliments for this woman for providing excellent customer service and getting through the long line with patience and a smile. I asked for a classic donut and she said they were out. She pointed out all of the donuts left and I chose the vanilla crumbs one. She confirmed that I made the right choice. (See? Good customer service) I tried the golden latte as well, which I think they had for the season. I asked for a stamp card and she told me it's only for warm drinks. I had a pleasant and cozy experience so I plan to be back when I'm next in Berlin.
