This was the next closest non chain pizza place we could find so we decided to give it a try and we were SO glad we did. We sat at the bar. The bartender (I think his name was Brad) was friendly and personable and made some fabulous menu suggestions. We started with the potato chip chicken strips. They were fantastic. The seasoning in the batter was spot on, and they were piping hot and perfectly crispy. I ordered the Maurice salad, something I had never heard of. It was a very busy salad, lots of different flavors going on, but I am here to tell you it was one of the best salads I have ever had in my life. I am already trying to figure out when I can go back and order it again. Hubs got pizza, half Texas sweet heat and half mobster. Definitely one of the best pizzas we've ever had, you could tell they use top notch ingredients. It's rare we have such a great experience entirely "by accident". We can't wait to go back! Maybe next time I'll remember to get pictures :)

After ten minutes it still wasn't ready (we had to wait an additional 10~20 minutes after that). Then they gave us this uncooked Stromboli and a slice of cheese pizza that had been sitting out for an hour. Charging us money for this feels criminally wrong. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache of being lied to from this business and its employees. TLDR -lied about how long it would take to make -lied about giving a second wait time that went untrue -gave a calzone instead of a Stromboli -calzone was raw and undercooked and inedible -pizza was very old and sitting out -they took money from us for all of this and feel no remorse

These smaller pizzas pack a huge flavor punch. There is a reason why they received a Michelin star…read more I've tried almost every pizza on the menu, and they are all solid. My wife was less of a star pizza than myself, but I like ricotta, she doesn't. My wife's go to is the Matteo 2.0. Mine is the Elisa. The Truffle Oil and Spicy Oil are a nice added touch on any of the pizzas. I also like that they will bring out dough fr your kids to play with while they wait for their pizza, good way to keep my very busy boys occupied while waiting. The service is always solid. They do a good job of balancing lunch/dinner rush fairly often and it's not uncommon for them to bring you a fresh pizza if they accidentally overcook yours a bit. They really want to make sure they are serving a superior pizza and it shows! I also like how small, and laid back the restaurant is for one carrying a Michelin star. One of those places you could easily come dressed up to, or could also show up in shorts and a tshirt.

Sounds like a joke when you find that it's part of a mall food court, but this is true NY style pizza. Perfect crust with just the right combo of chew and crunch to it. Excellent sauce that has some body to it, but isn't overwhelming. I'd recommend this pizza to anybody just looking for great pizza- and when doesn't care for ambiance (it's in a mall food court). So glad that COVID didn't put them out of business.

We used the parmesan cheese container provided on the table and sprinkled it on slices that myself, my husband, and our young children ate. After we had already eaten some of it, we noticed the parmesan container had visible mold inside. I understand mistakes happen, but table condiments should be checked, cleaned, and replaced regularly - especially items that multiple customers are using. This was really concerning from a food safety standpoint. I contacted corporate with photos and details about the incident but have not received a response yet. I hope this is addressed so it doesn't happen to another family.

When he realized, the host grabbed a wet rag from the busser's cart and smeared the previous guests' crumbs around the table missing most of the mess. The table was cleaner, but we were seated within a foot of the busser's cart which was piled high with dirty plates and old food. We ordered two small pizzas, ate and left quickly.

The pizza was delicious, my salad was great, and everyone was so pleasant and friendly. It also seemed like there were quite a few regulars in there, which is always a good sign! Now, let me tell y'all something... I ordered water and apparently didn't know how to work the water dispenser. I pushed the button down, it started vibrating, and I'm standing there like, um okay but I got this. Thankfully, they kindly showed me that I was supposed to push the lever instead. Y'all... THAT dispensed some water! So much water, I could've filled a kiddie pool. Even though we only tried the pizza and salad, this definitely felt like a very authentic Italian spot. And judging by how good everything else looked, I'm willing to bet their pasta is AMAZING! FYI: It's BYOB! We definitely were not disappointed and will absolutely be back to try more.
