Nice place with huge portions! The Alfredo Primavera gave me 4 meals and was delicious! The staff were all nice and attentive. I was surprised at how fast we were waited on with how busy this place was, on a Friday at prime dinner time. The food came out quickly too. We will definitely go back! read more

Dough boys special pizza is delicious. Nice crust and good complement of toppings. Did take out but a nice crowd on a Friday night. Clean and casual interior. Unfortunately we'd not been here in several years as my wife has gluten allergy and nothing on their menu, on line or the printed one I snagged, show anything she could eat beyond a salad. A friend advised us they have GF crusts and they do! Appears to be a frozen pre-made crust but it was cooked perfectly. Much better than most places. Good texture and dome right. Tonight I ordered broiled scallops. They were perfectly cookie cutter shaped with the texture of fish and flavor of fish. I googled fake scallops and there were my "scallops" described and pictured. Perfectly round because they are cut with a cookie cutter tool, Dense and tasteless. Made of cheap fish. They were exactly what I had in front of me on my plate. My companions were cut in half horizontally and 1 large scallop was served as 2. They became UPSET when I questioned it and brought out a bag of "scallops" to prove I was wrong and then the manager raised her voice and 3 times DEMANDED AN APOLOGY in front of if the vaskier(our waitress) and other customers If they had real ones in that bag of frozen scallops it's not what we were served. This is the second time we got fake seafood. Actually fish described as scallops and last time crab. If you order seafood make it shrimp so it can't be substituted. I apologized to stop her attitude. I decided to give this restaurant a second try since there are always so many cars in the parking lot. Our first experience wasn't so great, the calamari was in the form of sticks and the pizza was way too loaded with cheese. So much so it sent my Dad to urgent care because he had such terrible heartburn he thought he was having a heart attack. So fast forward 3 years and I decided to give it another go. I ordered chicken parmesan and while it was a freshly breaded chicken breast it was way overcooked and pretty tough and the breading was mushy because it was covered it too much sauce and cheese. The meal also came with soup and a caesar salad. The italian wedding soup was okay but the salad was just shredded lettuce, 2 black olive slices, a little feta cheese and something else that I couldn't identify. It kind of looked and maybe tasted like slivered ham but kind of looked like pickled onions, not quite sure about what it was but should not be called a caesar salad. Good pizza but skip the drive through. It should be limited to pick up only but half the time you get stuck behind a guy who orders his pizza there and you're stuck waiting. Fast and polite service. Pizza crust is very doughy (yum) - but surprisingly, the rest of the crust is not thick. Great garlic bread. Made 24 visits here to pick up take out orders when I treat my shut- in senior citizen clients to a nice good meal & have enjoyed respectful friendly service from their employees. Most food is excellent with some items that are not to be ordered again as they are so so items or pre-made foods just not as up to par with other establishments in the area. Have over 3200 financial/tax clients in this county & 2100 elsewhere so their feedback about meals plus my own experience from working in my parents' family restaurant for 17 years where we prepared my great grandparents' & grandparents' Italian & Sicilian recipes & baked goods. Need to check & recheck that your order is heard properly when calling on the phone to avoid errors. Usually don't report back to them regarding their errors because when it is reported that they didn't follow requests or directions they accuse you of being nasty. Satisfactory chicken, veal, fish, antipasti but wouldn't recommend Sicilian pizza, soup or salads as the best pizza in our 5 county area is at Steve's on Greenwood Ave. still prepared as they make it in Italy totally from scratch using their great grandparents' recipe & homemade in every sense of the word where the taste difference is so obvious when you enjoy the Sicilian pies especially along with their calamari, chicken, veal and steak dinners.
