That Gorgonzola was INCREDIBLE! Oozy, gooey, mild but tons of flavor The Delice de Pommard was a cream cheese with mustard seed husks from the Burgundy region Also offering wines, oils and lots of other temptations, Alain Hess is well worth a visit.
