Never knew that this hotel existed so close to SeaWorld. It literally has a secret "bat cave" entrance to the park that you can walk directly to the front gate. If you don't want to walk, they have a shuttle that runs regularly. If you have a Platinum pass like we do and don't have to pay for parking, it only takes a few minutes to drive and park right upfront. The hotel was very new feeling, especially in the tower where we stayed. We are Diamond members with Hilton and this was one of the top 3 places that we have ever stayed. I had an email from April Willis, their Guest Service HHonors Manager, welcoming to the hotel and outlining all of their services and offering to help with room preferences. I shot her back a short email asking to find out what upgrades were available for my family. I also asked about a friend who was staying with us at the hotel who was not a Diamond. April was very quick with her responses and was not only able to help out my family but our friend as well. As Diamond Members, we also received tickets for the breakfast buffet which was a HUGE PERK here as they had a fabulous selection of well prepared choices, and the normal price for that buffet was not cheap. The room was clean, the property was gorgeous and the bed was fabulous. We also went out in search of coffee one night and did not think that the Market (on property) was still open. We stopped at Laguna and the hostess there walked with us all the way back to another entrance where we could tell that they were open. Top notch customer service like this made us RAVING FANS. This property not even deserve a star it is the worst experience ever for me , I have stayed in this hotel for 8 nights ,unfortunately I left personal stuff behind in the room and I am 100% sure were I left them exactly in the room,when I arrived to my next destination I noticed that I left behind 3 women purses and 2 beach hats, right away I contacted Deborah (missing stuff manger) but she were in vacation and nobody is covering for her !! for 3 days I only left with the voice machine after many days then the answer was (sorry nothing found!!!)) I was highly disappointed with this property. Worth noting that this is property set up like a motel. You have to enter from the outside. Something is wrong with the tapwater. It has a bad taste. Check-in was effortless. I was welcomed to "The World's Largest DoubleTree Hotel" and offered the traditional DoubleTree Cookies. It sure is nice knowing what to expect. A great bed, a 32" LG TV, warm cookies, a spread of Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries, a hair dryer in a bag and a sizable room on a high floor (per my HHonors profile preferences). Heck, my non-smoking room was even non-smoking...that doesn't always happen in FL. With over 1,000 guest rooms on the property, it's a bit of a hike to the elevator, but who cares...It's Orlando, America's favorite vacation destination! Me though, I travel for business, so I chose this specific DoubleTree because they are a Hilton property (allowing me to accrue stays and points in the HHonors loyalty program), it is extremely close to the Orange County Convention Center and because they have a swim-up bar. It's really all you need for the perfect business trip. Sadly, what is lacking here are both their Internet Cafe and their Business Center. I appreciate that this is a world where we need to worry about viruses, spyware and other malicious nonsense being installed on these public machines, but these computers are protected to the point that they are nearly unusable. For example, I enter "Gmail.com" into the browser's address bar and a notice pops up telling me that the website is blocked because it is a "chat site". Help me out here, I am here on business and need to print some documents that are in my email...I was able to work around this by going to mail.google.com, but then I do not have permission to download files. Argh!!!! We got a helluva deal at the Doubletree at SeaWorld. In town to watch my Missouri Tigers take on the UCF Knights, we knew we'd be having to drive wherever we stayed, so essentially opted for the nicest hotel we'd get for the price. The Doubletree delivered on every front. Orlando is comparatively dead in the latter half of September, so we took advantage of the bargain rates of around $50/night. Parking and wi-fi, are of course, extras. They offer self-parking for $15/day or valet for $20/day with unlimited in-and-out. Wi-fi is $9.95 for 24 hours, but it's also free in the hotel's lobby. Which is great, until you consider the lay-out of this place. It's a sprawling property with various pools and attractions, as well as towers and bungalows and out-buildings with hotel rooms. We stayed in the tower, which was very convenient, and easily accessible to the lobby. The room was nice, and bigger than anticipated. The beds were comfy, though the pillows were a little awkwardly shaped. The bathroom offered lots of counter space, and was ridiculously well-stocked with towels. The only thing that would've made the room better was a mini-fridge, as we had various drinks and eats that would've been nice kept cold. Luckily, we had brought some coolers for tailgating prior to the game, which did nicely in a pinch. The hotel is conveniently located off of FL-528, just a few miles from both the Turnpike and I-4, so you don't have to deal with I-Drive unless you want to. I'd definitely stay at this Doubletree again, though I doubt a steal like our 2-night stay for less than $150 (including parking) will ever be matched. read more

Part of me regrets asking for two beds instead of one king. We got moved from the tower (where the nicer rooms seem to be) to one of the outer buildings. If traveling with my husband, the king would have been a no brainer. But traveling with my 21 year old nephew would have been a little awkward. The check in process was a little awkward. One attendant working 'regular' check in with a line stretching across the lobby. And two attendants working the Hilton Honors check in with NO ONE in line. I understand the privilege of the rapid check in with HHonors, but when you have a long line it doesn't hurt to help out your co-worker. As usual, we had to pay for parking - even to self park. So I went big and 'splurged' on the $20 for the valet. We had to get our car in/out a couple of times so we definitely got our money's worth. The room was clean - NOTHING - like some of the other reviews with close up pictures of imperfections or roaches. Not a bug to speak of. My Hospitality degree seeking nephew gave the room his own once over and he was quite impressed with the cleanliness. It wasn't perfect, but it was passable. Tip: Don't follow Siri's instructions to get to the hotel. (I've since learned you can correct 'her' but did not know that at the time. She takes you to a gated entrance that is locked and you're not able to get through. If you're coming off the Beeline, just go straight at the intersection and the entrance will be on your left. If you're driving south down I-Drive, turn at the light before the hotel rather than continuing through it. Considering we found the room last minute on priceline, I can't really complain about the value for the money. For me it was right on the mark. I don't know if I necessarily agree with priceline's grouping/star rating, but when you bid, you have no control over that. read more

Awful experience. Pay for a hotel experience - get the motel experience. I stayed at the Double Tree Orlando at Sea World for five nights in November. I should of checked out after the first night for a more suitable hotel. Live and learn. Upon checking in, you're informed that you're staying in a building outside of the main tower - that's not what I expected after reviewing the website. If you're staying on the second floor, you'll have to lug your bags up the stairs. Rooms smell weird and pack your own shampoo and soap because they have some cheap stuff. Be prepared to walk all the way to your room to find out that your room key constantly gets demagnetized. Every time! The toilet didn't work for the first two days. One morning I called the front desk to inquire about dry cleaning I needed to have done. They offer same day service, and I needed the dry cleaning for a meeting the following day. The operator said she would send someone to pick it up, I just needed to leave the clothing articles in the laundry bag with my information. I did. When I got back to the hotel in the evening, it was still there- not cleaned. I called the operator that evening and no solution or apology was offered. While waiting for a taxi I plugged my charger in the outlet outside of the lobby. Of course I forgot it there! When I came back at night and asked, the night shift employees (the same employees that were discussing how ghetto the hotel is and how little the hotel offers it's guests) said they saw it plugged in and thought about putting it in lost and found but decided to leave it there. Glad I travel with extras given how over priced the gift shop is! ($17 for a razor - not even a Fusion.) Finally, if you leave feedback with a manager and she asks for your contact information to follow up, don't actually expect the follow up! Obviously they're too busy for guest service. But on the positive side, they have some good food in the restaurant and the Starbucks drinks are reasonably priced! Unfortunately, this isn't a good enough reason to stay there. read more

We arrived at the hotel and had an issue with finding open parking to check in. We walked over from the available spots by the electric vehicle parking to the lobby. We had a bit of a wait while two other ladies checked in, not a biggie. We were placed in the tower on the seventh floor and were impressed with the nice condition the room was in. Clean sheets, fresh smelling air and the bathroom was spotless. We were impressed at the size of the tv and I commented that would have been amazing for sports. Parking could be a bit of an issue if you were out late as we were and had a bit of a hike to the room. There is a convenience store across the street and a bar, along with a Subway and a Bennigan's restaurant. The Subway was clean, but the convenience store was musty, dirty and old. Considering how awesome the deal I got and how nice the staff was (limited as my interaction with them was) I have little to complain about. read more

Where do I start.... Checked in, they gave us 2 double beds instead of 1 king or queen. Since they were overbooked for the weekend due to a convention, they couldnt move us anywhere. So we stuck with the room for a couple days. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Kind of a strange smell when entering the room, but it goes away quickly. Bad yellow tinted lighting over the sink, horrible for putting on makeup. They do have a couple movie channels though. After a couple days, we were able to move into a room with 1 king bed. A bit larger too and it was in the tower. Fully enjoyed the space and great views, until the last day when there was a COCKROACH in the bathtub/shower. GROSS!!! If we werent checking out within a couple hours, I would have complained til I turned blue in the face. That makes me question the cleanliness of everything in this hotel!! The grounds of the hotel are nice. A bit confusing trying to find the right building, and they dont seem to tell guests that there are 3 pools, including a kiddie pool, which are spread out all over. Some friends that were here didnt even know about the kiddie pool. They also have pool tables, ping pong, arcade games, and a playground. Definite bonuses. Get used to seeing lots of lizards here. Maybe they are eating the cockroaches. =/ Also, at night, there are quite a few frogs. Frogs dont bother me, so I thought it was pretty cool to try to catch them. Front Desk-People were very friendly and offered you cookies every time you come up there. And they are warm! Internet Cafe-Hard to find a computer that actually works. They all run slow, and several of them would continually crash. They dont have enough controls on them, so people dl and mess with the settings. It was super annoying to use them. Bangali Cafe/Bamboo Grill-Not sure why they have 2 names for the same restaurant. They block off the door to Bamboo Grill and its connected to the other restaurant anyway....weird. If you eat here, be prepared to pay the 15% gratuity they automatically add to your bill. Came here for the breakfast buffet, the waiter literally brought us coffee and water and checked on us once....that doesnt deserve a 15% tip in my book. Needless to say, we didnt eat here after this. Plus theres plenty of places to eat across the street. Max's Deli-Slow service with a cashier that acts like he could care less about being there or helping you. However, the food was good. Thick slices of deli meat, for an ok price. But he did forget to give us the pickles! And didnt add lettuce or tomato when we asked for it. The hotel has a walkway that goes directly to Seaworld and you can get tickets from the concierge. Its a $5 discount than the gate price and it includes their version of a "fast pass" to use on any of the rides that use them. Also, if you are not in the tower, there is not an elevator to get to the 2nd floor of the other buildings. Keep that in mind if you have alot of luggage. Overall, I WILL NOT stay here again. My little brother told me about this gem. With Brian being an LEO, he gets a special discount, which was going to save us a pretty decent amount. So, naturally we book it! First let me say, I hate hotels that charge you to park. And this place does. It is just stupid! If they feel the need to charge people to park on their property, just ADD it to the price of the hotel! Hide that crap, and then it won't tick people off! With this parking thing, it dropped our savings a bit. But still a savings, none the less. However, as I was standing at the counter I heard the little guy tell someone on the phone that he will give them parking for half of what we paid! NOT NICE Doubletree, NOT NICE! When you walk in, it's beautiful in the lobby. There is a bar smack dab in the middle of the lobby. Kinda neat. several seating areas in the lobby to watch the huge projection screen tv. Although, we didn't hang out there. Plenty to do at this place. Mini golf, ping pong, fooseball, pool tables, chess, cornhole, movies at night, three pools, several restaurants. There are a couple of hammocks between buildings one and three, and a sitting area with a small fire pit. In my opinion, the best buildings to stay in are one, two, three, four... those are the ones nearest all of the fun stuff. We stayed in the tower. Our tower room was nice! Smelled very clean when we walked in. Looked clean, I had no complaints. We had been told that they just went through a renovation, and you could tell. There are no microwaves or fridges in the tower rooms. But you can pay extra for them. I think that is silly because the other rooms come with them at no additional charge. Our bathroom was clean, plenty of towels and had all the little shampoo and stuff that normal places have. You could tell that the tile and tub area had not been reno'd but it didn't bother me. It was clean. Well, except for that big smear of something on the back of the bathroom door. But it wasn't enough to freak me out. My by mentioned that he thought the carpets needed to be replaced. I thought they were fine. It's a hotel, with lots of foot traffic. It is going to look a little worn. It wasn't raggy or anything. It was fine really. I suppose my only complaint will be the stinking parking fee. oh... don't forget your chocolate chip walnut cookies! They are delicious! We stopped at the front desk every day to get more! read more

This hotel is great for families and people who are looking for something not too fancy and not too cheap. Let me start off by saying that this is no Ritz Carlton - the rooms are dated and the showers are also very dated (bring shower shoes). But everything was clean. Service was friendly and the hotel staff were awesome. Our room was equipped with a microwave, fridge, and a safe. Our safe was broken and the staff promptly fixed it. Their Expedia desk was also great and even matched our Universal price that we found online and arrange shuttle service for us to get there. Also...their cookies are AWESOME. One thing that really stands out....when you say 'good morning' or what to a service member (cleaning staff, etc) they not only smile and reply, they actually TALK to ya! You do speak to them, don't you??? (don't be a snob, know your cleaning lady's name) Under construction but they did everything they could to make our convention a success! Never a problem with the rooms. It's the staff that ruin this place. They charge diabetics $10 for a fridge, and if you call them on it the supply magically goes to 0. If you love staying on the first floor of a motel from the 70s -- then, this is the Orlando hotel for you! Sinks on the first floor don't drain or drain slow. Musty, moldy, old school experience -- with water that reeks of sulfur. My colleague woke up in the middle of the night with a frog in her room. Next night an inch of water flowed in. You 'might' get to stay in the Tower, which is more like a normal hotel, but I had to refuse 2 rooms and ask for the manager to get into one -- same sulfur water showers -- but at least I was out of motel hell. My family and I came here to spend the weekend a few weeks ago and it was the worst experience I have ever had at a Hilton brand hotel. The room firstly was not in the tower to my surprise and it was rather dusty. Years and years of dust and spider webs above the door. We had to call in maintenance because the toilet was leaking every time we flushed it. The lampshades were dusty and there was a gutter leading from the roof down the wall outside our door that kept dripping water making a loud noise that kept you up at night. We stayed over night at Double Tree Sea world on International Drive. Our room is at the resort section and the buildings seems like have been renovated from an old motel. Our double bed standard room has plenty space for two people. Its interior decor is typical Hilton style that is clean and modern. Bed is comfortable. There are few things I didn't like about the room: it has small bathroom; It has strong smell of detergent our housekeeper used to clean the room; It has thin wall that does poor job isolate noise from the hallway. Service at Hilton has always been first class. All staffs are friendly and professional. We made a complain to restaurant waitress regarding our parking key in the morning. We received quick respond back from front desk shortly. They fixed our problem and waived our self-parking fees. The hotel also provide very good breakfast buffet. That is definitely a plus for us to consider going back again. read more

Warm complimentary cookies at check-in were a nice touch, however I didn't like how the supervisor steered her attention away from me to have a conversation with her co-workers, while making me wait longer to get to my room. I requested for a 1 King Bedroom once it's available and specifically asked her to place it in my reservation. When I called in the next day, I was told that there was no request in my reservation for a 1 Bedroom King, which was kind of annoying. My first night was terrible. A family that stayed next to my room was being extremely loud, going in and out of the room, constantly slamming their door, their baby was crying, and their kid(s) roaming the halls. I finally called security as it was past midnight. They ended up knocking on my door when I clearly have a privacy sign on the door just to ask me which room it was again, which really frustrated me because I was at the verge of falling asleep. As for the room quality...the atmosphere felt almost like a motel. The carpet had a wet spot and it looked dirty. The bathroom floor was also really uncomfortable to walk on. I was so tempted to place towels all over the tiles, so I didn't have to feel disgusted every time my feet touched the ground. There were even little insects crawling around, which freaked me out. The lighting was yellowy and dim, which made it more uncomfortable. On a positive note, the bed was comforting. I love the extra plumpy pillows they provided on the bed. I also enjoyed the complimentary hor d'oeurves that were only for HiltonHonor members. The swedish meatballs were so good that I ruined my appetite for dinner. I also like how it's conveniently close to Seaworld and provides complimentary shuttle busses to and from the Disney and Universal parks (although the times are not always convenient). read more

My wife booked this location as we were coming to Orlando for a weekend and we are both Hilton members. The hospitality treatment from the front desk is nothing closer to the level of standards established by the organization. The room that was given to us in the villas was not clean and there were damages on the electrical outlets. When room service was requested for new linen and towels, it took the calls and almost an hour to get it to the room. The following morning we made a formal complaint with the manager whom changed us to the tower. In there you see the Hilton touch in the rooms. Parking is a nightmare and you have to pay like you were in a high end resort. I pay less for parking in Atlanta at a Grand Marquis than what I pay here. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF MY LIFE. We are no stranger to Hilton hotels and in retrospect I'm not sure why we continue to trust the brand that is proven to disappoint all around. My husband booked the presidential suite for my birthday weekend. He called the night before to confirm the reservation to ensure there would be no issues with the weekend getaway. Upon arriving the woman checked us in and we were slid the room key for a villa. We immediately noticed and informed the woman there must be a mistake because that was not the room we paid for. She proceeded to argue that we did not actually book that room until presented with the email reservation from the Hilton website. She walked away without even excusing herself and fetched the manager. The manager told us that the presidential suite was under construction and she would give us the "next best room" on the property. The villas are not the 'next best' anything on the property... We were treated as if we were idiots and wouldn't notice the drastic difference in the room we got versus the room we booked. Not only should I have been informed of the suite we booked not being available, but when I checked in, there should have been more dialog and WAY LESS arguing from the hotel staff. The manager offered an on-site credit, however, we did not chose this hotel for the grounds. We chose it because it was in close proximity to the other activities we had planned and for the tower views. I wish I could say this was the first time this has happened at a Hilton property but it wasn't. In fact, its the second time this exact situation has occurred less than a month ago at another Orlando Hilton hotel. First of all they told me it's $106/night but when my daughter checked us in while I waited in the car because there wasn't any place to safely park checking in, she came back saying they charged us $170! Hotel accommodations were amazing. The room was clean and fresh! The housekeeping staff questionable. On my last day I went to my car to retrieve something and when I returned the door was open, new linens were on the bed and my personal handbag was on the chair in the room. I was shocked! She insisted that she thought I was checking out and I asked her why would I leave my handbag and other personal items. Hotel management apologized for the inconvenience. Food was great. Quite a surprise on breakfast. When ordering breakfast at the Laguna Restaurant know that according to the server it is the customer's responsibility to know menu item options. His choice for me was incorrect and when I brought it to his attention he told me it was my fault for not knowing the menu. read more

What a pile of garbage Hotel. Actually check that.... It's a Glorified motel. They basically put lipstick on a pig and put the Hilton name on it. The pool is disgusting with all sorts of weird crap floating in it and by crap i literally think it was from a human. They give you a room key and a map and give you directions to find your room. So you get back in your car and drive all around the property unable to find a damn parking spot. By the time you find a spot, you then have to walk. A mile to your room in the blazing da heat. Then get to the room. Key doesn't work. Call the front desk and ask for them to send housekeeping because at this point, we were dripping sweat and miserable after spending 10 minutes to find a parking spot. Lady says, Sorry. You have to come back to the front desk. Seriously? I asked again. Please send housekeeping or security. No sir. Come back to front desk. So i get in my car with my kids because it's night time and I can't leave them sitting there in the dark. Drive back to the main lobby and she asks me a million questions about why it didn't work. I have no idea!!! Then guess what??? We get back in the car, drive all the way back to our room which is on the third floor of a building way on the other side of the property. Not a single parking spot and literally 10 other cars all driving around looking. A few people just made their own spots. So i had to drive all the way back to the entrance of the property and park there. Then walk a mile through the lobby, the pool area and then all the way down the road to our room. This place is cheap and there is a reason why. Don't let the pictures fool you. Just getting checked in was a whole other story that was a disaster. Caused us to miss an entire day of our time here in Orlando of which we already paid for a two day pass to sea world and Aquatica. Because of the front desk disaster at check in, we weren't allowed into aquatica because they were "at max capacity". So now i only have one day left. When i asked the lady at the sea world desk in the lobby if i could get a refund for one day because i wasn't even allowed to go into the park, she said no... but it's good until Aug 31. You can just come back. I live in Seattle. I'll never come back to this hell hole and if i do, I won't ever stay within any distance of this dump! read more

Hilton Gold Member. Booked this room for 2 nights for the ASA meeting. Just checked in and it's awful. It's 19 separate out buildings not connected internally so I have quite the walk to the lobby to take the shuttle to the convention center. It's hot and rainy as you'd expect in FL and it's not well lit-kinda scary as a small, single female. I had a 3 minute walk from my parking spot that included a set of stairs to get my luggage up. Glad I'm young and healthy as there is no elevator. Refrigerator in room doesn't work at all. Room is dated and dingy. Facing the family pool and there are screaming kids. I called and asked for a closer, quieter room and they can't make that happen even though I said I didn't care at all to look at a parking lot rather than a run down swimming pool. The "free" bottled water for gold status and the check-in cookie are insults in light of everything else. Since they can't get me a nicer, quieter room I guess I'll unpack and get in bed since I'll have to wake up extra early to walk a mile to catch the shuttle. If I get out in time tomorrow I may just start the drive home so I don't have to spend a second miserable night here. I hear lots of noise from people outside and in adjoining rooms. The water pressure sucks and the water smells strongly of sulfur-no filtration system? Only 2 towels for a room with 2 queen beds. No makeup mirror and the bathroom area is wide open to the rest of the room so if you're not here alone hopefully you don't need privacy from your travel partner. DO NOT STAY HERE unless you're a big family going to an amusement park. It's incredibly inconvenient if you need to get to the convention center, worn out, and sketchy. read more

Photos on website are misleading. Important to know that unless you're in the main tower building, you'll be in a motel-like complex with doors on the outside, old rooms and no elevator that we saw. No fridge or microwave in the rooms. Bathrooms are very small. Rooms appear clean but we found garbage on the floor and used kleenexes behind the night stand. I put my room service tray outside my room one morning. Few hours later they moved it by the stairwell where it sat for a day and a half. If you want something close to the convention center and you won't be in your room that much, this will work. But would not recommend. Would rather spend more for cleaner, nicer rooms with more amenities. Pros: pool area and hot tub was nice enough. Rooms are fairly big if you are in a group of four. A/C worked. read more

This place is a dump!! Tired elevators, gross carpet, even walls in hallways are dirty. Little flies in my room. Only clean thing is the bed. TIRED! Hilton should be embarrassed. read more

I wish the inside would match the outside. The property itself is beautiful! The grounds are gorgeous and there are so many amenities. The food is good there. The employees were super helpful! The rooms need a lot of work. Mine was ok. It wasnt dirty but it definitely needed some TLC. Others with our group did have issues with dirty rooms. The walls and windows are paper thin so you want to make sure to bring ear plugs. You will hear every foot step outside the door, every conversation, etc. My suggestion is to ask for a room not facing the highway, towards the middle of the building, or a room in the tower. read more

The "resort view" rooms at this hotel are basically old motel rooms. The rooms smell, the bathroom is old and dated and there is a lot of noise from the parking lot right outside your door. read more

It is not a 3.5 star hotel as stated online. Overall, it needs remodeling. The pool looks better in pictures than reality. The rooms in the taller building is better. First, they gave me the room in Villa building at the back. Room interior is ok but with no bathtub. Outside the Villa room, it is like motel building, worse than regular 2 stars motel buildings. It needs cleaning and remodeling. Is the black stuff on the roof "Black Mold"? I checked online "Black mold in roof tile" It looks more or less the same. If so, it exerts severe health risk and need to fix it as soon as possible. I paid almost $90 for a night. read more

If you just want an inexpensive place to just sleep & you are getting up early then this is a great place. On the other hand if you might want to sleep in and have a nice relaxing time at the hotel then I will say look somewhere else. The place is really nice but if you get the rooms that are not in the tower the noise that you start hearing from 7am & on for a light sleeper like me is horrible, specially when I am trying to catch up on sleep on my weekends. we decided to stay here because the rate thru priceline was decent. ($150 for 2 nights since I was splitting the cost with another couple, you can't beat that if this is just a weekend last minute trip). Our first experience with the hotel was not great as you need a special card to get into the parking. The card didn't work and we had to go back in to the reception area (seems to be a problem for lots of other guests the weekend we spent there). Mind you we are all exhausted as the drive took forever due to an accident on the highway and its 1230pm at night...the only thing that brighten my hubby's night was the warm cookies they give you, cute concept. Now our room initially was in the main building (tower) but when we went upstairs to the room, the whole floor stank of smoking, so if you are a smoker guess it won't bother you but for my husband and I that is a big no no as we both are very allergic. We went down the reception desk, they were friendly and moved us to the rooms that are on the surroundings of the main building that look like little villas. (2 stories) The room is nice, refurbished it seems just with fresh paint etc. but you can tell just for the decor etc... but it was clean and nicely decorated with enough space. Bathrooms are tiny though. (no elevator to 2nd floor) The hotel has a gym, pools & also a cafe (very expensive coffee) and also a restaurant so it makes it convenient for all guests to grab a beer & food right there without going anywhere. Overall good value if you just want a clean place to sleep, but I am spoiled as my hubby calls it and it was just not the perfect place for me...... read more
