We stayed in this hotel for one night on an Orlando weekend getaway. It's a DoubleTree so right off the bat you know that it's a decent hotel owned by the Hilton chain. Overall we had a pleasant stay. The room and bathroom were clean and organized. This particular DoubleTree has a large parking lot as well, so parking usually isn't an issue. The complimentary wifi that is provided in the room is decent enough for checking your email and social media accounts. Only complaint I have here is of the air conditioning unit they had in our room. I'm not sure if it was just our unit or not, but it was very loud and it would wake us up in the middle of the night. Apart from that, this is a good hotel to stay at if you're on a reasonable budget exploring the theme parks in Orlando. read more

They told me my room wasnt ready and after waiting an hour they moved me to a "better room". When will we have access to negative star options? Arrived to what should have been a prepaid room. Clerk said he could not find it. Tried to charge us again but at a $400 higher rate. We told him to find his manager and our prepaid reservation. Done and done. He rudely gave us our room keys. We were most surely placed in the oldest wing, moldy, unclean room two floors up with no elevator available. We are not young and we're carrying a weeks worth of luggage. No problem we can do this. Fourth night a large party outside area went on until after 2 am, well past the 10pm posted time. Final night we returned to our room to find a reception for 200 being set up directly under and in front of our room. The bar in front of our window, yard games, bounce houses, dance floor, DJ. It looked like it was going to be a great party. When I asked the front desk what time it was supposed to end, they had no idea. There was no start and no end time. My husband was able to get us a room across the property to sleep and we will just get up extra early to go back over to pack up to get to our flight on time. Quite inconvenient. Interesting, the room from last night, clean and comfortable with no foul odor. If they'd have started us here, this would likely have been a very different review. From the moment I checked in, I was treated with this uptight attitude from the people behind the desk. I felt like I was interrupting whatever task they were doing at the moment. Then I went to my room in the "Villas". OMG! The smell of cleaning chemicals was so strong. It was like they were covering up a crime scene. It was a very dark and dingy feeling like it hadn't been updated since the '80s. I requested to move my room to the towers, which they accommodated my request immediately. The room was much more updated. The whole time I was here, only one of the 2 elevators were working. That was awesome! No water pressure in the shower..even at 11pm. Then I asked for a 1pm check out. The room we had smelled like urine and when we late the front desk know they offered to switch us to a room on the ground level. I def don't recommend getting a room on the ground level because it is super creepy, lacks privacy, and feels dangerous. Being that we were all young women staying together we decided to stick with the urine room as it feel safer (in the main tower) than take a ground room. There is limited food options. We had no microwave in our room nor did we have a trash can in the bathroom. We asked for it several times and it never came. The bathroom also had a weird smell to it and we had to keep it closed because we did not want our whole room to smell bad. Also the floors were wet when we first got in our room ( I guess urine). I was really excited to go on a weekend trip with friends only to find out that the first room we had the AC did not work. The room smelled like mold and sweat from the stained carpets and I called three times to ask for someone to look at it and I was told "Yea they're on the way we told them already". Not an apology for the inconvenience but a "we told them already". So then we ask to have our room switched to which it was leading us to an area where parking was absolutely terrible, all I could smell was weed and a room that was literally no better. when we first checked in I thought it was a nice hotel. mad we walked around the grounds trying to find our villa, I noticed bags upon bags of soiled linens every so often in public areas. when we checked into our room it was DIRTY!! Beds were not made, food on the counters, the bathroom was awful. We found our way back to the lobby with all our bags and advised they gave us a dirty room. they were quick to apologize and gave new room. upon entering that room, I can say it was a little cleaner. We got in late went in ate and came back for sleep. the beds are soso but the pillows are as flat as pancakes. Yeah they fluff up nice to look big and fluffy but flat. Bring your own if you stay here. we were only given two towels. Two for three people. I had an uneasy feeling about this hotel the next day and we cancelled the rest of our stay and went to the Hyatt. a little bit pricier. But worth it. read more

Doubletree seems to be on a roll! First Key West, now Orlando & both a solid 5-stars based on value, service, and overall cleanliness. First, @ check-in you get a warm chocolate chip cookie! Woot-woot! Yes, I am of simple pleasures. Second, great location. You're near it all, yet far enough away to be spared the insane (did I say INSANE) Orlando traffic & noise. Third, the rooms are clean. I'm so happy, I am almost giddy! A clean, comfortable bed. A nice large mini-ish fridge, microwave, coffee maker & bar sink. SCORE! Fourth, what? You forgot your deodorant, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, shaving cream, comb, sewing kit, or shower cap? No problem. Call housekeeping & it's on the house. Fifth, the pool is great. OK, not a huge pool with slides, but your at Orlando and here sometimes simple IS better. Finally, if you are military, government, firefighter, or a teacher, you get a SMOKIN' deal on your stay. I can 100% recommend this place. Quite possibly the most comfortable (other than the same brand at Key Largo) on our entire 3 week trip. You won't be sorry. :) read more

Let me start with the pros--the grounds are beautiful, lobby is very clean and modern. It is close proximity to Sea World; the pools are nice. I chose the 'Doubletree' name because typically I know what to expect from their chain of 'hotels'. We checked in late Thursday evening; registration area was quiet, the front desk gentleman expedited my check in, said few words and handed me the resort map and room keys. No mention of the 'free breakfast' or any other resort highlights. We were in room 904 (Villa), one king size bed, mini-frig, microwave. The 'sterilized seal' was not broken. Parking was a bit of a hassle due to oversize vehicles parallel parking over 4-5 spaces. Did I say how nice the pool area looked? Okay--remember that! NOW, on to the room; it's dated. It reminded me of an upscale MOTEL 6 room. Furniture is beat up, black mold in the bathroom. Due to COVID, the hotel had signs up in our room that they respect our privacy. Translated that you have no housekeeping services, and it's your responsibility to take out the trash (they gave us a large bag) and chase down housekeeping for new towels. Free breakfast? Never found that--the buffet in the restaurant is at a price. No bagels, muffins, etc. wrapped up anywhere that qualifies as FREE. The "grab and go" coffee and pastry was billed to my room. I also question if there is any security on site. In case the Hilton reps actually read these--please send one of your employees to this hotel "under cover" and really see what your Hilton Reward members get for their money. When I made my reservation through Hilton, I did make a request for an upgrade; in hindsight, I'm glad I didn't get one. Pros 1. The staff greeted me with a cookie which was really nice. 2. The location is great for the parks in Orlando. 3. The bell desk is efficient. Cons: 1. The shuttle timings to Universal Studios are not the best. While it is nice that shuttles exist, typically as a tourist you want to be able to have the option to grab a shuttle before the park opens, not get there 1 hour after opening and deal with the crowds. I chose to Uber instead. 2. There was some disturbance down the hall during my stay here, where someone yelled about security being called. It was quite alarming at first. I ended up calling front desk from my room to figure out what was going on - to which I was told to just not worry and go to sleep - no explanation. It would have helped to feel like my concern was not being dismissed. 3. Washroom seemed very old and unappealing. read more

My teenage daughter and I stayed here while visiting Sea World and Aquatica and were very happy with it. The rooms were updated and decent as far as cleanliness. We were told we would only get maid service if requested. We never requested it but they came in anyway and made the beds and gave us fresh towels. We were only given one bottle of shampoo, one lotion and one soap, which didn't really matter since I had brought our own. I am sure I could have requested more. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. The grounds are beautiful. Well-kept and make you feel like you are at a resort. The bars and the restaurant are pretty nice and having them on site was great for us since we didn't rent a car. There was just enough to choose from as far as food options but the drinks were a bit overpriced. The gift shop and pizza place sold beer and wine which was nice but I would suggest walking across the street to the liquor store rather than spending so much money. The pools and hot tub were clean and not crowded. The mini golf course, pool table and other outdoor games were nice to have on site. The free shuttles run to the parks every hour and were never late. They were extremely over crowded but like I said ,they were free! We didn't have an issue with it because it was such a short ride. Our stay started with a clogged shower, which they quickly came to fix when we called. The issue with that was that although it was fixed, the maintenance worker left the bathroom with our dirty towels on the floor that he used when fixing the clog and left a trail of dirt and grime in the room and bathroom. When I saw this, I asked for a supervisor, Gerry, who arrived very quickly and came and cleaned the mess himself. Not only that, but we were in Orlando for my daughter's birthday and he sent a birthday cake and a card which he had some of the staff sign too. I've stayed here for the past three years straight while in Orlando. I get contracted out to help manage events at the OCCC. I will say that over the years. The hotel has improved in quality. Their renovations efforts are well done and really do make a difference. I've always had a great experience with front desk staff. They are always sure to assist with anything I may need. Now. I am a little biased in my review here. My company pays for my room. So I do not have any financial stock in my stay. So any hotel is be ok with. The only reason I am giving the DoubleTree an 4 and not a 5 is, like many people have stated, the noise. My room is always facing a pool and the noise is always on 10. And not just at normal times. The pool doesn't close until midnight. So up until the second they close. It's a party. As there is a bar at the pool. In addition to pool noise. The hotel staff will take these carts that sound like freight trains coming down the breezeway up until as late as 1:15am a couple nights. It's pretty crazy. Even if you are dead asleep. This will wait you up. Unlike others. K have not had any noise issue from my neighbors. But maybe no one is staying there. If I was the one paying for my room. I'd probably rate it a 3 for the noise alone. Everything else I have no problem with. read more

This is the worst location I've seen in a long time. The room smells like something is rotting, that's the first impression. We've been running the air for two days and the smell has not faded. The closet is broken, the cabinets are broken, and this is a Hilton honors floor. This morning at 2am a party started in the room next door. By 4am the front desk would not answer their phone. We drove to the front office concerned the staff may have been murdered. No such luck, just a guy who doesn't want to answer the phones. This hotel is not a corporate Hilton and it shows. We have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the past five years and never again I'll separate this into a few parts to show how dysfunctional this hotel has become. First appearance and check in 1. Property had trash left laying all around from housekeeping. They left trash bags full of garbage laying on the sidewalks outside of rooms so you had to step over them or roll over them. We checked in at around 5pm!!! 2. The property is in need of a washing and the walkways in the villa area are crumbing and covered with plywood and rugs. Overall the outside is just dirty!! 3. The front desk only had three people working it and two seemed like they had no idea what was going on. They couldn't find our booking and I had to leave and bring the paperwork in for them. We had contacted the hotel before our arrival and requested a crib and that wasn't in the notes upon checking in. 4. They charge a resort fee/parking fee but the "secured" parking area had broken arms so anyone could park in the parking lot and walk over to Sea World if they wanted to. The parking lot is also super dark with several of the lights in the parking lot broken The room... we booked a suite with a separate room and a sleeper sofa. We have a four year old and a one month old child. We booked the suite to have some separation between the children so our four year old could sleep while we attended to our one month old during the night 1. Upon opening the door to our room I was met with the overpowering odor of marijuana from the last guest. 2. The rug in the room had some kind a black stain on it and one of the chairs had some kind of still wet grossness on it housekeeping missed this yummy offering. 3. The shower was filled with what I think was black mold. It was even on the ceiling in the bathroom right in front of my face so I don't know how housekeeping missed it! 4. After three calls (good luck getting a hold of anyone) the crib we requested finally arrived and it was nasty and gross. I would not have let my child near that thing. We used baby towelettes to clean it and the towels were black so nobody has been cleaning them. 5. They left USED bedding on the sleeper sofa. The sheets had poop stains on them and I found tags from clothing from whoever was in the bed before in the sheets too! 6. The room was very dated and dark and just seemed gross. 7. Later I noticed they never put the clean stickers on the doors you see at real Hilton hotels. We were tried from driving all morning so we left the weed room to grub dinner. At this point the crib hadn't been delivered and we hadn't found the poop sheets left. My wife and I joked we would need to buy some sandals to use the shower. I tried to call the front desk three times before we left for dinner but nobody ever answered the phone. After returning from dinner we arrived to find the crib had been dropped off and discovered how nasty it was. My wife attempted to call the front desk, but once again no answer. While my wife was on the phone I pulled out the sleeper sofa to find dirty sheets with "skid-marks" on them. My wife attempted to call the front desk again and on the third attempt she reached the front desk. They stated they would send new sheets to the room immediately. That phone call was at 9:55 pm at 10:50 pm still no sheets and nobody picked up the phone when we called. I walked up to the lobby over the crumbling brick work and stood in line at the front desk with the poop sheets. I wasn't the only one having problems this night. One lady had been trying to get sheets for a few hours with no luck and she too came down to the lobby. I spoke with the front desk agent and ask about my sheets. Her response was "oh that room....I see you called but I can't see why....." At this point I noticed a young "man" speaking to what appeared to be a very upset guest. I was informed that was the manger so I got behind the gentleman who was wondering when his clogged toilet would be fixed. Once that gentleman was done it was my turned. Long story short he was no help and just kept saying he apologized but really didn't seem to care and had no idea what was going on. It got a lot worse with this guy to the point he kick my four year old, infant child, wife and I out with no place to go with temperatures in the fifties. This should make you wonder if they can't even clean a room to what would be the minimal level of accepted sanitation before the COVID craziness can you really expect them to clean to the COVID-19 standard of today. I'm not the only one leaving negative reviews of this hotel recently on this website and other websites. Other reviewers have expressed serious concerns about the level of sanitation and general operational quality of this hotel. Don't waste your money Sea World has other better hotels in the area. read more

Upon arrival, the bathroom had to be re-cleaned by housekeeping, as someone left a condom behind. Then, we woke up Sunday morning to a Cockroach in the bed that my daughter and I shared. I took a video of the roach and showed it to the front desk manager, who offered us a free lunch. Worst of all, we left a HUGE bag of clothes behind. We called the hotel not even 24-hours after our stay and we were told that they did pull the bag out of our room, but they technically could not confirm that it was our bag, until they compared the contents to the report that we filed online at https://www.ileftmystuff.com/. She asked us to call back at the end of the day if we still hadn't heard back. We patiently waited and when we did not hear back, we called only to be told that NO bag was found! I asked what the protocol is for when guests leave things behind, and they couldn't even tell me that, except that they hold the items for a number of months. I am 1,000% CERTAIN that I left the bag in the room. I have pictures of the bag and I know EXACTLY where it was left! How is it that NO ONE is being reprimanded for not doing their job?! How is it that a Guest can leave a HUGE item behind, and the proper steps not be taken for the item to be returned to Lost & Found?! A hotel chain carrying the Hilton name should be able to assist Guests with issues like this! Not just brush it off! And that is what they are doing to me. Just brushing it off. I understand that it is totally my fault for leaving the bag, as we had an exhausting weekend at the parks, but how is it that they just allow their employees to take things?! When you stay at a so-called "4 Star Hotel", you expect to feel safe and that you can trust the staff. Not feeling that at all. What an unfortunate experience. Originally stayed at the main tower, they gave us a handicap room for no aparent reason. It all smelled and felt moldy so we asked to be switched... what a mistake. They switched us to a villa that was equally bad (except for the handicap). The wall are very thin so you can hear everything. The showers were both moldy very old and outdated. We then found out this is a property managed by someone else that only uses the Hilton name which is a shame because they don't deserve the Hilton name. My brother in law who also stayed here found a FROG in his room... I would never stay here again. We have been Hilton Honors members for more years than I can count and this stay was not representative of this brand. The hotel is tired and run down. In need of serious updating. The shower is designed so that you have a face full of cold water to regulate the temperature. The shower door handle was falling off, literally. We asked for extra pillows two out of the three night stay, never receiving any. Don't expect an answer if you call the front desk or housekeeping. Worst Hilton property ever disgusting conditions. Don't let the pictures fool you. The place has mildew and silverfish. We have been switched three times. The first room smelled like an ash tray, second room smell heavily deodorized (like they spilled an entire container of pet deodorizer), third room which they claim is there premium room HAS SILVERFISH!!!! Delayne Hoffman the assistant director should really be reevaluated for her position, as she completely mishandled the situation. From the moment we drove in there were valet attendant standing around not directing vehicles which had us waiting in the car for 20min. Then when we contacted the operator Joa, she was extremely rude. When I addressed the issue to Delayne she did not handle the issue accordingly. When the second room ended up horrible as well I contacted Hilton Corporate and reported the issue. HQ had then called Delayne and requested she resolved the issue. She claimed she would call us back with a status within 5min, after 30mins I called Corporate again, and they conferenced her in. She got a room and claimed it was a premium room, I asked that she come by and review my finding on both rooms as the bathrooms in both rooms were covered in mildew ( I have pictures) she never did. In the morning valet misplaced my car keys and found then attached to another customers room number, Now the room was never cleaned by room service and I found an infestation of SILVERFISH (I have pictures). This is the worst experience I have ever had and I address this to the better business bureau and open another report to corporate. read more

Awful experience. Incompetent hotel staff placed me in the weong wrong, then moved me to a room in a floor with no AC, then proceeded to offer me late check out at 3 pm. That was nice until Luis, the front desk manager, slapped me with a late check out fee, because his incompetent employers did not properly document the late check out that they offered. Luis did not pnce try to reason with me or hear me out, he was more interested in insinuating that I am a liar; even though I showed him the drink vouchers that his empoyee (who offered me late check out) handed to me the night before due to the many inconvenience. This is no way to treat a loyal gold member Hilton customer. If you want to stay at a mediocre place that treats you as a liar due to their mistakes, this is the place for you. With so many great alternative places to stay in the area, i am more than disappointed. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. read more

My family and I stayed at this hotel Oct 10-14, 2023. Upon arrival on our first night around midnight, we walked into our room to find a horrible modes odor. The room felt moist...the carpet, too. We were so tired that we said we would address in the AM. All three of us waked with a sore throat and congested head because of the musty, wet odor. As we left for our day at Discovery Cove, we stopped by the desk to share our concern. Wonderful customer service...they said we would have a new room when we returned. Sure thing, a new room was available and we made the switch. While the odor wasn't absent, it was tolerable this second night. By the end of our third and fourth nights, everything in the room returned to be moist and the odor was unbearable. The humidity and smell made the sheets damp. We learned another room request would not resolve this issue. The sad thing is: The location is perfect for those who want to utilize the discovery cove/seaworld/Aquatica parks. It is near numerous great restaurants; it is only 15 min from Disney springs; the pools and hotel restaurant and continental breakfast are spectacular. But none of those things outweighs the discomfort of the room. Sadly, we won't utilize this hotel again. read more

Do NOT select this hotel. It is in deplorable condition. The exterior of the buildings is filthy. You cannot see out the windows. The heater did not work in my room and it was never warmer than 60 when the outside temp overnight was 40. The bed was worn out and shaped like a bowl. The shower did not drain properly and it took 6-8 minutes for even lukewarm water to arrive. The microwave was old and worn out. Heating up leftovers took 8-10 minutes. The pool area looks attractive, but the water is NOT heated and during January, is totally unusable. The buffet, while inexpensive, doesn't offer but a handful of choices. The scrambled eggs and oatmeal were most disgustingly runny. The staff at the hotel was very friendly. But all of that doesn't make up for the incredibly poor condition of this property. read more

I expected this to be better than it actually was. Let's start with check-in that occurred at 12:15 am. Naturally there was no wait but it still was not speedy. The room appeared nice and clean but lacked many little extras I expect from a "resort". The room itself didn't have a fridge (or mini-bar) which is standard fare almost everywhere. Also, the desk chair which I sat in each day, was one of the most uncomfortable I have found anywhere. It was hard and not contoured in any way to fit... far from ergonomic I fully understand the environmental concerns but if you want me to reuse the towels, please give me a towel bar so they can dry. If they stay wet, I will not reuse them. Also, it would have been nice to have the towels close enough to the shower that I didn't have to get out. I really like the higher towels shelf at the rear of the shower... high and dry. The room was cleaned each day but the coffee supplies were not fully restocked so I ran out after the second morning. And did I really need multiple pizza ads under the door. Not acceptable in a Hotel. I'd expect that in a Motel 8. Lastly, I've never been told no when I asked for a late check-out and what did the daily $20 resort fee get me. Nothing! In a tourist trap like Orlando, this is a decent hotel but not great by any other standards. read more

After staying here for about 5 days, we had to book one more day due to the tropical storm passing threw. So after talking to the front desk we could pay about 110 for the same type of room, but be new to a new one, or about 127 to stay in our current one. So fine fuck it no big deal we paid the 127 for the convinces. We've had room service not know but let themselves in 3 separate times, and told them 3 separate times "No we extended our stay for the night". Well they just did it a 4th fucking time at 9:30pm. Not to mention the mold in the bathroom, and food left in the room at the start of our stay. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. read more

On day 5 of my stay, I requested house-keeping and they say they needed 24h advance notice so they would come next day. For my surprise they didnt, so I called the front desk (after a 30min wait on the phone) and I was told that they would make sure that housekeeping would come to my room the next day. Again, next day they didnt come. I called front desk again and they apologized and promised that the next day (12/31) they would send housekeeping. Unfortunately, they didnt send anybody. I called again and they said that due to the holiday housekeeping was off but that they could bring clean towels, take the trash and change the sheets. The next day, they came, left towels in the bed, didnt take the trash or changed the sheets. At this point, I was at day 9 of my stay . Note that you have to take your own trash, and hey, they dont even provide bags for trash, so make sure to bring your own bags. End of story, they did not clean my room. Claimed they were overbooked, then that they were not cleaning rooms due to COVID and then that they were only cleaning rooms for those checking out. Note: you could see housekeeping in my floor even though they said they were off. 2. The hotel was overbooked so whenever I returned late at night I was not able to find parking. In the best case I had to park in the other side of the property and walk 10min to my room. In other cases I had to park outside the property. Nevertheless, they charged me for a parking fee for each and every night of my stay despite me not staying there. They tell you that you have to badge in when you arrive to the parking lot but they dont even care about that. They will just charge you $12 per night. 3. The WORST part was the way that the "manager" in front desk treated my sister on Jan 4 at 6:00PM EST. I will inquire directly to Hilton because they way this person treated my sister was humiliating, yelling at her, implying that she was a thief and she even felt discriminated. This occurred because I checked out and my sister came and decided to stay an additional night on her own, under a different account and they included her in my bill charging us both (they reversed it in the end). This person yelled at my sister (I know because I was on the phone and I heard) and ask her to leave the hotel because she was trying to understand the problem and trying to fix the problem. Again, this was humiliating, implying that she was trying to steal or trying to get a free night. In fact, she felt attacked and even discriminated since her English was not great. I do not understand how can this person be a manager and humiliate customers this way. Again, I will pursue a formal complaint because they made us feel awful. 4. Finally, the only positive thing was the Laguna restaurant. Very friendly staff. From the hosts in the entrance to the servers. In conclusion, if you want to have a dirty room that they will not clean, you want to be yelled at and discriminated and you want to spend hours to find a parking lot, this is your place. Do not pass go, do not collect 200, do not stay at this hotel. The room smelled damp, the grout in the shower was covered in mildew, the metal was rusting, there was black streaks on the bedding, there were two towels in the entire room, Zero towels at the pool, the front desk staff was rude... we tried to get water from the vending machine. It dispensed iced tea instead. Used a different machine and got Sierra Mist. What a waste of money. read more

In a nutshell... Basically like a Days Inn with a little nicer furniture and paid over $300/night. Never again. The pool and restaurant areas are nice. The bed is average, not great, not bad. Room itself looked like a freshly painted motel with old carpet that needed replacing. Room seemed clean, but the mirror looked like it had a months worth of dust on it. Not sure how it's not noticed by staff. Room noise is a problem... ie: the alarm clock from the room next door woke me up at 5:30am. One thing that actually concerned me was having a staff member walk in my room at 9:45am on my day of check out. Not cool. Bottom line... I've stayed in worse, but not at that rate$! read more

I wish the site would let you put your true feelings, this hotel would be negative 5. PLEASE change your reservations if you plan on staying here. There are cleaner spots under the bridge. Rooms are dirty and falling apart( this was my 3rd room ), parking is a nightmare, only a couple of handicap spots for the entire complex, dont even try to call the front desk because they wont answer and if they do ,you wont get what you are asking for. I know there are COVID 19 protocols that have to be followed , but if you don't have the staff, cut back on your reservations. House cleaning staff is very rude. It is amazing how many different areas of house cleaning they have here, everytime you ask someone for something apparently it's not there job. We chose this hotel because for a Mother's Day weekend, the rates were very reasonable. At first glance, it looks a bit aged but still clean. There were quite a few agents there working the check in desk so I had no wait at all. The clerk was very kind and helpful with the usual check in process. He also gave me lots of those delicious check on cookies. So that was definitely a plus. The parking situation for the tower was a bit tedious though on that we had to drive around the property to get direct access to the tower. There is no designated parking for the tower, which led to us circling the property to find adequate parking. For the two days we were there, we had to walk a good distance from the tower to get to our car. The room was a bit musty and had little air circulating. The toilet stopped up and almost overflowed after the first use. The tub had not been run in a while because there was some black water that came out when I first turned it on and the water didn't get very hot the first time either. Overall the room was decent. It just felt dingy. I'd stay again it just wouldn't be my first choice. By the way, beware of the daily resort fees that you are not told about when booking on Priceline or at check in. It's deducted from the $50 per night deposit along with the $21/per day parking fee. read more

I never write reviews but I have to. This place was nasty. Our room had ROACHES. It was so infested the ROACHES were climbing into our drinks. It made my skin crawl. I was so hurt. I'm thinking wow this suppose to be vacation. After complaining they gave us free breakfast that was nasty. BUFFET.. The eggs taste like something from a wet trash can. Not to mention the piece of hair that fell off the waiter into my plate while he served me juice. It was by far a terrible experience.. read more

We booked through the Armed Forces Vaca Club, thankfully we were only there a couple nights. The floor felt gritty/filthy. The shower had mold, and the bathroom vent had dust fall on me while using the toilet. I let them know as we were leaving about the problems. They didn't even apologize. Very disappointed. read more
