We had a disgusting stay at this property. The carpets were sticky and smelled of stale beer. There were sharp items in the carpet. Soap dispensers were ripped off the walls in the bathroom. This hotel was dirty and it stunk. It was also extremely loud. I mean LOUD. It should be operating as it does. Cole, the "manager" reached out to waste our time with a bunch of fluff about how they will "try to improve." When we requested a modest refund, no response was given.
