Food overpriced and steak meat on sandwich was burnt. I couldn't eat it. Small salad for the price was nothing at all. Very unhappy and will never recommend it to anyone read more

Ordered the meatball sub which according to their menu is a fan favorite well it's a fan favorite if you like it from the frozen foods of Sam's Club the apple strudel was very good but again a frozen Desert and therefore with the price it was high as well not recommended good evening read more

This was our first time coming here. We were skeptical because there was no one inside eating, but as soon as we got our food we were amazed! It was really good and the employee was such a sweetheart and very tentative. He even made sure the music was up to our standards. Definitely recommend this place. read more

Great pizza and the pepperoni rolls are AMAZING. They always ask what kind of pizza we like when buying buffet. All the workers are nice and helpful! read more

I decided to review this place since I have now been a return customer three times. Double Dave's pizza is a buffet pizza place similar to Cici's but ten times better. The atmosphere is comparable to Cici's. The tables and seating are almost cabin-like. The benches were a little uncomfortable. I am 5ft 5in tall and my feet couldn't touch the ground because the bench seat slopes upward. However, that's a minor issue (but something that bothers me every time I go so thought I would mention it). They have a small salad bar with the usual toppings and dressings. They even provide those little plastic cups for Ranch dressing without giving you a hard time. That is a must have for dipping crust! They have a self serve soda fountain and tea station. (this time they were out of straws - a little weird). The pizza buffet sits along the back wall under heat lamps. They have great pizza. One of my favorites is the Alfredo & Cheese pizza. I have tried most of the types they offer and have no complaints. The advertise their Stromboli pizzas and pepperoni rolls - both of which are great. I really enjoy their Philly Cheese steak Stromboli - DELICIOUS! They also have a great dessert selection. My favorites are the apple or cherry Stromboli, cinnamon/sugar pizza with chocolate chips, or just the plain cinnamon sugar pizza. Soooo good! The restaurant was clean with a family atmosphere. The bathrooms were also clean and smelled good - not like most public restrooms (big pet peeve of mine). Also, they had a very small area in the back that housed arcade games and those machines you can put a quarter in and get a prize in return! Cool for the kiddos!! So if its buffet pizza night in your household - I would definitely recommend Double Dave's over any of the other competitor. Simply Delicious! read more

DoubleDave's Pizzaworks - Cinnamon Dessert Sticks - Pizza Near Me - Keller, Texas

The pizzas pretty good but it's the only place I've seen pepperoni rolls like that. I enjoy it and recommend it.

Ever since the first time I tried Double Dave's I have not found its equal. From the staff, to the salad bar, the pizza, decor & music. It's my favorite pizza place in Keller read more

I have officially written this place off, the only reason I came is because CiCis closed. The service is ho-hum. The pizza and salad bar are over priced and lacking in quality. The pizza was cold, the salad was wilted. They have promised for two years to renew their liquor license, but never following up. Based on the fact that most of the staff has changed over the years my guess is the owner is managing the place which is why it never improves. Never again, I'm done with you Double Daves! read more

Great service and the pepperoni rolls were great! The restaurant was clean with a fun ambiance .

I ate here yesterday and had a very good experience. I haven't eaten at a DoubleDaves since I was in college at A&M and eating here brought me right back. There were lots of great choices of pizza to choose from (like 10+), something for everyone, but their specialty (in my opinion) are their pizza rolls. MAN they are good! They are a must try when you go here. The staff did an excellent job of keeping an appropriate amount of pizza available to eat, constantly turning out the new pizza and calling to the restaurant what was newly available. While I can't eat here that often (I already have a problem controlling my amount of pizza intake), I will definitely return, and I very much look forward to it! read more

I love DoubleDave's! I have such fond memories of driving to Austin from Waco to experience the greatness of pizza rolls in college. My visit tonight KILLED my memories! The Keller DoubleDave's is awful! If this is a franchise, you should bring in a new owner immediately! The staff could not care less. They are completely unresponsive. We asked them to make a cheese only pizza roll for my daughter...they said "NO"! WHAT?!?! They ran out of pizza rolls and it took forever to bring out new ones. (Note: the pizza rolls are still awesome, but everything else sucks!) We found a HAIR in one of the dessert pizzas. We told a staff person and her response was "ok". She didn't even apologize or even take the slice away. Basically, it was "meh"...who cares?!?! WHAT??!?! And the rest of the offerings...pizza...salad bar...desserts...were awful. They just don't care about a good experience or product. Do NOT go to this location. You should probably just go...I can't believe that I'm actually saying this...go to CiCi's. UGH! read more

I've been eating at DD for years at it is always great!!! My favorite is the pizza rolls with ranch and marinara. The veggie pizza is outstanding and the deserts are a must!!! read more

I love pepperoni rolls. Anyone that doesn't is wrong. I first started loving DDs about 14 years ago and this franchise is good. The bad thing was that they were not busy at all. Everyone in the area seems consumed by the small pizza speciality places, but I am here to tell you that pepperoni rolls are the boom. On Tuesday's you get two for the price of one. I picked up 18 rolls and my family about killed themselves to get at them once I got home a couple hours of driving later. Yum. read more

We luv, Luv, LUV Double Dave's!! Definitely been a family FAVE while the kids were growing up so for years. We eat at one EVERY opportunity we get. Been traveling with my husband's job for a few years so we were Sooo EXCITED to be back and get to the Keller location. This time we took our grandson with us. He loved playing the games in the arcade while our food was being prepared. As usual, it did NOT disappoint! Peproni rolls came out first (appetizer ) then pizza followed abt 7 minutes?? Our "Sticky Fingers" pizza was COVERED with hot, fresh toppings and was oh Sooo yummy!! The crust and sauce are great too! Then... they popped in our cinnamon w/icing sticks to cook WHILE we ate so our dessert came out hot, fresh-made, and Scrumptious!! I mean... WHO does ALL that?!!? Might have to wait just an extra bit, especially when they're busy but it's ALWAYS worth it!! Efficient, friendly staff go out of their way to serve! There's great music, nice family environment and the place is always clean!! Just a great experience all the way around. We had the pleasure of meeting John, the owner of this location. He is an "Old Ag" so we hit it off GREAT! He actually took the time to visit with us while we waited for our food to be cooked. We are DEFINITELY Double Dave's "lifers"!!!! read more

$10.99 per person for the buffet at 4:30pm on Saturday. Cheese pizza and the desserts pizza when we arrived and very few after that. I don't have an issue with the price if it would have been a full buffet. The salad bar was nice, fresh and clean though Carbonation of drink Machine was out. Soda and pizza go hand in hand. So I had lemonade. Ehh. My kids under 3 ate free though. Maybe I'll give them another shot. Hopefully better the next time. read more

The place is never packed but the buffet is always fresh and the kids that work here are always polite and adorable. We use our coupon after my daughter's piano lessons weekly! read more

Probably the worst DoubleDave's i've ever been to. I ordered for pickup and when I got there the lady at the counter was rude and unprofessional. I ordered a small Margherita pizza and a medium chocolate chip cookie pizza. The cookie pizza probably had less than eight chocolate chips on it and looked like they just threw it together. read more

Really friendly staff! Good pizza if you're looking for something outside of the usual places.

Try the pizza rolls! The manager here is very friendly. I came in right at the opening while they were still cooking more pizzas for the buffet, and only had a few buffet pizzas out so far. As I was being rung up he asked me what my favorite kind of pizza is so they could get one of those cooking faster. As luck would have it they already had my favorite out there, but it was a great gesture nonetheless. I am a customer for life read more

Our absolute absolute FAVORITE local pizza delivery. I have lactose sensitivity and they have no issues making me a custom DELICIOUS pizza with no cheese. Their pepperoni rolls are worth every bite and their dessert pizzas are amazing! We are going through a trying time and it's more important than ever to support local - order from them! They will make sure your order is perfect and if they are limited on any ingredient due to the world as it is right now, they will call you personally to let you know and make it right. They also have a no-contact option for delivery! read more

This place never disappoints. The pizza is amazing! I absolutely love the works but every month they also have a special to try something new and awesome. Crazy awesome stuff like Nacho-Pizza! Also, definitely have to try the cookie pizza! read more

We came at 9:15 on a Friday night; their posted hours said they were open until 10. We saw 3 employees inside but they all ignored us as we tried to open the locked doors. Please update your hours if you don't want to serve people after 9. read more

If I were just reviewing the food, it would be a higher rating. For a buffet, it tastes pretty good! However you are risking your health by visiting this restaurant! It is filthy. Everywhere I looked it is dirty or in disrepair. Washing your hands won't help as the tables, sneeze guard and utensils are all dirty. Take a look at the picture I attached - need I say more? read more

Full disclosure: Pizza is my favorite food. As of June 2017, I have been to this location three times. Ever since graduating college at A&M, I've been trying different Double Dave's that are closer than College Station. This is my goto Double Dave's all the way from Plano, Tx. It is about a 45 minute drive and always enjoy coming here to eat. I always call ahead to make sure the buffet hours are running before making the trip. This location also has a few games/arcades to keep speedy eaters entertained/occupied while the slower eaters can enjoy their food. I enjoy eating here. If you are a fan of Cici's Pizza Buffets or think it could be better, try this place. They have a salad bar, pizzas, pizza rolls and desserts. Each month they have a speciality pizza that is unique and I always enjoy trying them. I hope to go there again soon! read more

I've always been a fan of Double Dave's. We use to go to the one in Euless all the time. My wife and I decided to go to Keller and we're excited when we saw one was there. The price was higher thàn I remembered and I didn't see it listed anywhere. When an employee told me the price, I was fine with it. The quality is so good it's worth it. But then John the owner went out of his way to come over and apologized for the price being so high. He said the employee thought I was upset with how much it cost, which makes sense because I've been told I have a terrible case of "RBF". Even though I wasn't upset at all, John went out of his way to make us feel special and welcome. We would go back just for the Philly cheese steak stromboli. Now we're definitely going back thanks to John and his wonderful team. read more

I decided to step out of my typical Tuscany pizza box tonight, and venture into chain pizza hell. I should've known better. Dumb phone order taker boy, and disgustingly greasy pizza and cheese bread = never again! Awful, and expensive at that! read more

Food was fresh, hot and delicious. They made pizzas upon request and they were great! The restaurant was clean and well maintained. Great service! read more

There were dirty plates from previous people at the table next to ours and we just put our dirty plates there The pizza was ok it wasn't the best I liked the pepperoni rolls and the cheesesteak thing was almost sort of kinda burnt The crust on the cookie dough pizza was flimsy at best and the cookie part didn't taste very good either. I won't be coming back here Also the music was too loud We got there and the music soft and then about halfway through the meal it started differing in volumes then it stayed at louder than normal eating music volume the music selection is okay though read more

If there was ever a time you should "double-down" on the blackjack table in Keller, this is the place to Double-down on! Cause you will come up the winner in a big way! Now I'm not sure where or how the name originated from, but the pizza was REALLY good! At the first attempt to write this review, I was giving it a four star rating. But after I reheated up three slices I had as left over and seeing how the taste and consistency didn't change very much, well...I was impressed! I ordered "The Works", minus the green bell peppers. This pizza was absolutely well made and by an employee who names himself, "Living Legend". (I have the receipt to prove it.) I was also given a complimentary cup for any soft drink while i waited. That was a nice gesture. The inside was nice and lots of TVs to keep you well entertained. They also have a small video arcade. This is another spot I will be coming back to. Even though it's 18 minutes from my place... read more

If you are going to have a buffet, then you need to maintain the food. This includes the appearance, tempature and options. The staff did not go above and beyond, they honestly made us feel like an annoyance. We love Double Dave's, but this location is a disappointment. read more

We came for the buffet, it was great! They kept adding pizzas right up to when the buffet closed. Quality all-you-can-eat pizza for two adults and a four year old cost $33.00. Good deal all around. read more

I was glad to find this location is open and doing well, the owner's a very nice guy. Their pizza is good and they do have a lunch Buffett during the week if you want to try a variety of pizzas. read more

This is better than most buffet pizza joints. Good variety, clean and well stocked. The music has been loud on both of our visits, but not to the point of being annoying. Priced higher than a cicis, but much more edible. It's not the best pizza out there, but it's a step up from the competition of pizza buffets. read more

This place does not treat customers with respect! They falsely advertise gift cards for sale and then do not accept them. I purchased $100 in gift cards for my children at Christmas and now they are useless unless I drive to another town to use them! The gift cards for sale were clearly under the Keller, TX DoubleDave's webpage, yet when we went in to redeem them we were told that we would not be able to. This ruins my relationship with them!! I have taken my kids there for years and now the management just dismisses us as if it is our fault for wanting to eat there! read more

We have been a fan of the DoubleDaves chain for many years. Since moving to Keller 2.5 years ago, we have frequented this location. We also order delivery from here at least once a month. We have family in Plano that drive over just to eat DoubleDaves. In the past several months, the quality of the delivery and dine-in experience has dropped dramatically. Recently, we arrived at 12:15 for a lunch buffet and discovered that there was NOTHING on the buffet. On another visit, so many tables were in-bussed that we had trouble finding a place to sit. The employees seemed irritated that we were even there. The kitchen struggles to keep their famous rolls on the buffet, so they under-cook them and throw them out a dozen at a time, while patrons watch, waiting to swoop in like buzzards. The games that my child enjoys are almost always out of order and the quarter candy machines are filled with old candy that isn't worth eating. Last month, we ordered delivery and received Stromboli and rolls that were undercooked and a dessert pizza that was SEVERELY overcooked. (The pizza slices could be broken in half.) We ended up throwing it all away. SUGGESTION: if the establishment had a light that they could illuminate when the owner is there, we might stop by more often. That seems to be the only time the service and quality are elevated. read more

Ah DoubleDave's...eating here was very nostalgic for me. I crushed many pepperoni rolls while in school at the original DoubleDave's (College Station). The pepperoni rolls were just as good as I remembered! My wife and I agreed that the philly cheese stromboli was amazing! Here's the rub though, just as I remembered, the pizza is just meh. The pizza should the best item on your menu! I will go back occasionally to get a pepperoni roll/stromboli fix, but I won't go out of my way because of the pizza. read more

A long while back we had a bad experience. Slow service and lots of unbussed tables. I slammed them then and we hadn't returned. Today on a whim my youngest who loved the place and I tried it again. I'm glad to say it's back to their high standards. Fresh pizza clean tables happy friendly staff. We really missed y'all. Thanks for a great lunch. read more

Might should raise that dollar sign to 2 rather than 1. $14 for ok pizza and a drink is a bit steep.
