Not a bad pizza place. If you are looking for a great authentic pizza, don't go here. If you are looking for pizza for like a birthday party, go here. Reminds of that type of pizza. Party pizza. Not bad though. They go light on the sauce and have decent speciality pizzas. They also have affordable deals. Giving a 3 here for the quality. But this place will accommodate you for sure.

We had the delight of being at a friends house when they ordered DoubleDaves pizza! We got an all meat thick crust and a cheese pizza for the kids. Normally I'm not a think crust fan, but this was extraordinary! The crust was buttery, crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. The meats were a perfect blend of salty and spicy. The sauce was minimal and the cheese plentiful. It was a pizza made in the hall of Gods by magical titans of cooking power! Ohhhhh my Goddie it was tooooo hottie!!! It was so good that when we left our friend place our whole family wanted more! We ordered more... went and got it... and took it home! I don't know if this was just a one time deal... maybe the stars were all aligned and the pizza god's divine touch landed on doubleDaves that night? I don't know... but I do know... I'm going to go back to find out!

It's hard to find great pizza here in Texas. Once Jets closed in Cedar Park we were at a loss to find a good hand tossed pizza. Well we have found it here at Double Dave's. We like their specials and the dessert pizzas are amazingly good. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because they only use fresh mushrooms. Canned mushrooms belong on the pizza. Fresh mushrooms dry out too much. And I love mushrooms on my pizza. They have one of the best pizza buffets I've been to. You can special order any pizza you want and they make it for the buffet. $10 and it includes your drink, the salad bar, and many different pizzas. They also put Stromboli, bread sticks and pizza rolls on it so there is a nice variety. In Georgetown the buffet is M-F during lunch and Wednesday and Sunday dinner buffet. We will be back!

Food definitely taste better than it looks. Although it was hot & fresh, the taste was bland & gave me "frozen food" vibes. 2 stars for presentation though

The food is even more exceptional! We have had several different dishes. All were great! Our favorites are the Tomato Burrata, Ora King Salmon (perfectly cooked and crispy! The vegetables were to die for!) and, the Papperdelle. We also enjoy the Ciabatta! Don't mistake me, everything we have tried is exceptional!!!! In the mood for an authentic pizza, please try it! If you fancy a drink, you will enjoy the offerings! From wines to spirits, this is your place! Give this gem a try! You won't regret it!!!! A little side note: All of these reviews an no response from the restaurant? I would recommend some attention to the reviews. Whether good or "needs improvement". That would help the customers feel seen and heard. Attention to the feedback will go a long way!

The food was fantastic. I had the rigatoni with Bolognese sauce and added meatballs, which was rich, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. We also started with the truffle mac and cheese, and it was another standout dish. The wine list is thoughtfully curated. While it's a bit on the smaller side, there are still plenty of great options to pair with your meal. Overall, this was a great experience from start to finish, and we'll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

I visited this restaurant for the first time for lunch…read more This is a restaurant with a red door located on on Williams Drive directly past Estrella Crossing. The storefront is inviting. Upon entering the restaurant, it is very comfortable and feels like a nice place to be. Upon looking at their signage, they have live music! I will definitely be back for that. Upon looking at the menu, they have many yummy dishes to choose from. However, I have extreme food restrictions, and I did not see anything that I could eat because I am dairy free, processed sugar-free and gluten-free. I shared this information with my server (i'm pretty sure her name was Haley). She said, "let me go talk to the chef," and off she went! :) She came back and recommended "caprice chicken over veggies" which they would customize to my dietary restrictions. Wow, that was over and above and so comforting! She said that the caprice chicken over veggies dish came with a salad and she checked -and all of the salad dressing had sugar in it, so I told her to bring it to me plain with a little bit of vinegar on the side and she came back with a salad with dressing on it and she said that they found some apple cider vinegar they put on top and would that be OK... OK? It was perfect! I loved that she listened to me and she knew that was within my diet restrictions! Haley is a fabulous server. I told Haley that she was so good that I'm going to ask for her to be my server every time. I feel so blessed to find someplace that I can eat comfortably and be so satisfied! Did I mention they have Italian wine!?! Oh so good! My lunch was amazingly good, can't wait to get it again, the wine was really good The atmosphere was so pleasant and everyone there seem to be having a good time The service was exceptional! I highly recommend you visit!

They also have a nice selection of food. I had the redfish with pesto risotto and baby carrots. The fish was cooked perfectly and had wonderful flavor, but the dish came out a little cooler than I would have liked, and the carrots could have used a touch longer in the pan. Still, it was a good dish and I would order it again. My wife had the pasta with vodka sauce, which also had great flavor but was served a bit cool. My mom had the lasagna. The taste was good, but the noodles were too soft and lacked a little bite, so she wasn't a big fan, though I thought it was okay. This place is close to being a regular spot for us when we're craving Italian in Georgetown. If they can nail those last few details, it could be excellent.

There is street parking,…read morebut also a lot and a garage nearby so you may have to walk a block to get to the restaurant (no biggie). We were seated right away and had a very good waitress. She was attentive and helpful and refilled my drink regularly. The dirty plates were cleared without me even noticing, so she was good at being non disruptive. The pasta definitely tastes homemade and is so good! I wasn't super hungry so I split a meal with my friend and they had no problem bringing us two plates. Good homemade bread too. By the time we left at 7pm all the tables and bar were full so they do good business. I would recommend this restaurant and would come here again if I am ever in town.

It was just iceberg lettuce with croutons and dressing in the side. The build your own pasta dishes were fantastic! The service was not great however, and this wasn't a unique experience as we've been here before and experienced poor service. Our waitress started out attentive but after our appetizers came, she didn't come back for about 15-20 mins to take our order. Our main dishes took about 30 minutes to come out. Once they did we never saw our waitress afterwards. We waited about 30-45 more mins and then we finally went to go find her to ask for to go boxes and the check. All in all we were there for about two hours, but not for good reason. I think this place has great potential, they just need to better train their staff to be more attentive.
