1 Star -- Terrible experience…read more I had an extremely bad experience with Absolute Tire. I brought my vehicle in and specifically asked them to install a particular tire, but they gave me the wrong tire. When I pointed this out, instead of helping resolve the issue, I was yelled at and confronted aggressively. I also noticed that my valve stem had been removed and was not replaced. Most seriously, I discovered holes in my tire and believe my tire was intentionally damaged while my vehicle was there. The situation became so heated that I felt unsafe and had to call the police. I felt disrespected, intimidated, and taken advantage of throughout the experience. Based on what happened, I would not recommend this business and will not be returning. Im also 16 years old.

We had our car towed here on a Sunday evening after losing power on the interstate. This happened…read moreabout 1.5 hours from home, so we were unfamiliar with shops in the area. Our tow truck driver recommended this place so that is where we had it towed. The next morning, I received a call from Mike saying that our engine had a spun a rod bearing. That basically meant we needed a new engine. He recommended I talk to the Hyundai dealership to see if it was still under the manufacturer powertrain warranty. Thankfully it was under warranty, so I had it towed to the dealership for the repairs. Despite spending his time diagnosing the issue, Mike did not charge me anything. If I'm ever in the area and need another car issue diagnosed, I would definitely visit again. Thanks!

The TPMS sensor was missing in that tire completely. So all in all, this place will rob you blind if given the chance. When I tried to complain about the price and time it took, the manager with glasses and mustache and the sales associate both told me to get screwed. Myself and my family have spent thousands of dollars at that place and will never do it again. Like I said, they will rob you blind if given any chance.
