In the process of removing one of the large trees, they cut a 1/2 irrigation line and my low-voltage lighting wire. They probably didn't realize it and I easily repaired those. What I can't repair is the damage to the stucco where a tree trunk or branch landed. Roy has acknowledged the damage and has promised to repair it but something always seems to come up. All I hear from him is: "I'll fix it next week." I am a betting man, and I bet he has no intention of (or ability to) repair the damage. So, he's "done." Another half-assed service provider.

My two pineapple palm trees were trimmed neatly with all the pods and dead fronds removed, and the cleanup afterwards was excellent as well. Prior to the appointment, Andy the owner answered all my questions by text, email, and phone while arranging my appointment as I was having some trouble with the online booking since I had some out of the ordinary scheduling difficulties on my end and needed to talk things out. Afterwards, Dan did a walk around my property and we discussed what might be done on a return visit and when best to trim what. He knows his stuff and cares about doing right by the trees and wouldn't be one of those choppers and whackers that leaves your trees with mutilated limbs. He has been studying for credentialing through the International Society of Arboriculture so he can learn even more. Good men=good company! Ask about their veterans and cash discounts too since they really help keep the price reasonable and it's thoughtful they are offered.

Attn: Anthem/Phoenix Homeowners, Tree Maintenance, Yardwork:…read moreOur family has used this company (Titan Tree Service) in the past and have had nothing but "Headaches" and frustration regarding their workmanship. A simple tree trim job a few years ago resulted in a "butchered" tree and numerous valuable cacti destroyed! The company was forced to PAY us for the damage or face Small Claims Court. Yesterday (12/23/25) was another "disaster" involving our next-door neighbor, Jim Lisbaken, who hired these "low IQ" individuals (crew), who proceeded to DUMP the next-door tree trimmings in OUR driveway, blocking our exit, which is illegal. They also positioned their "coolers" and lunchbreak containers in OUR driveway! My wife asked the only English-speaking worker to clear the debris immediately, who REFUSED! The workers, up in the tree in question, shouted Spanish "insults @ us when I joined the discussion. The worker told us to "be patient", waiting for the Disposal Truck to arrive. I immediately called the Titan office (Cherel), who told us she would attempt to reach the crew (NO LUCK). As the drive had been blocked for almost (1) hour, I proceeded to call her back, stating we would soon be forced to contact the local Sheriff Dept. My wife has just informed me that there are "drag marks" on our driveway surface and damage to a valued cactus in front yard. This company exhibits NO Professionalism or basic neighborhood demeanor critical to such demanding and dangerous work. We sincerely hope that this review serves as a WARNING to anyone considering hiring this company. Dave and Dianna M

From the time I sent the message to the time he was in my backyard giving me an estimate was less than 15 minutes. That level of promptness is rare and set the tone right away. The price quoted was fair and reasonable, with no pressure or upselling. He mentioned the work could be done after his crew took a lunch break, and sure enough, about an hour later his team showed up exactly as promised. The crew was professional, courteous, and clearly knew what they were doing. They worked efficiently, took care of the tree, and had everything cleaned up in about 15 minutes. The end result looked great--exactly what I was hoping for. Overall, this was one of the smoothest and most straightforward service experiences I've had.
