My band was playing an event at Lake Texoma, and I hired Shawn (and paid him in full) to pick the band up at DFW on a Friday morning and then take them back there on Sunday morning. Neither of those things ended up happening. He called me Friday morning two hours before their scheduled pick up time to tell me his car broke down. I was upset, but moved forward knowing these things happen. I got the band an Uber that cost $200, and Shawn refunded the amount for the trip. HERE's where it really gets interestin...I called Shawn later that day and told him explicitly that if he anticipated ANY issues with the return trip to let me know NOW. The return trip was scheduled for a 4am pickup, and there are not any last minute options out at Lake Texoma should something go wrong. He swore that he would personally be there "even if he had to use his personal vehicle" and that I had nothing to worry about. I awoke on Sunday to find a text from Shawn from 2:30am sat he "had a Hell of a weekend" and was sick and wasn't going to make it. At this point it was 3:30am and the only choice I had was to borrow a friend's rental car and make the 4 hour round trip drive myself to take the band to the airport. I sent Shawn a text voicing my extreme frustrations in his business practices. According to the business Facebook page, he had just done a drop off at a strip club at 11pm, and he was obviously still up, as he IMMEDIATELY responded to my text. I told him I believed he was a liar and a low life. and he then sent me a ridiculous 3 paragraph text saying that he had a driver named "John" that was 5 minutes away that he was sending home because I was rude. I did not even reply, as at this point I was driving my band to the airport. I felt my phone going off multiple times on my drive and finally looked to see several paragraphs of texts from Shawn calling me horrible names, cussing me out, and a bunch of other aggressive and offensive ranting. He also tried to call me, but I did not answer. I really wish I would have looked through this guy's reviews before I hired him. I wanted to use someone local and support a small business, but this was an experience I wouldn't wish on anyone. Reading through his past reviews, I see that this is normal behavior for him and he is known for being very verbally aggressive whenever he is called out. I fully expect him to find this review and attack me and this whole review platform as a respons, but every word I have said here is true. DO NOT trust this guy with your business or your money.

Shawn was kind, extremely professional while being a down to earth, good kind gentleman. He was very informative of his company credentials, his ETA, location and pick up times. He went above and beyond to ensure my daughter was safely and comfortably transported to her destination over 50 miles away. He was in his vehicle and on his way as we hung up the phone. He was amazing and his rates were more than fair. I highly recommend Texoma Transport - the world needs more companies and people like Texoma and Shawn. So we got to ride in my husbands sisters car.... Not exactly an elegant ending to the evening. I got to hold hands with a car seat and listen to my husband and new sister in law talk about the night instead of enjoying that time with my husband. This may be a one time thing, but the fact they didn't call to confirm with us was a red flag we should have noticed. I so wish I could go back in time & schedule with a different company. WARNING TO ANYONE CONSIDERING BLACK DIAMOND LIMO & PARTY BUS…read more (I didn't want to make this post but I've given them a week to respond to our situation & I'm being ghosted) I booked a 20 person party bus in February for my girls & 18 other friends for prom. We paid $1,807.14 total. I have text confirmations with correct timing & pickup locations. I also confirmed with them where dinner drop of was etc. I also asked Kimberly, the manager, if we could see pictures of our bus. She replied, "It's one of the 20 person buses listed." I thought this was weird but I knew they were probably in their busy season so i just referred to their website with their listed inventory. On Saturday, April 5th (Blanchard's prom day), the bus was suppose to pick them up at The Springs in Blanchard at 4:00. At 4:10, I'm calling wondering where they are. The driver went to the wrong venue in Edmond. All the kids & parents had to scramble & drive them all to Norman for pictures. The bus driver took 1 1/2 hours to get to Norman from Edmond when he finally arrived then they arrived late to their dinner reservations. When the bus arrived in Norman, I almost fell over in shock. The pictures of their inventory listed on their website was NOT what we got. (Pictures posted below). The bus was hot with a barely working A/C, the speakers barely had sound so the kids couldn't even hear the music. A parent had to meet them and give them a Bluetooth speaker so they could listen to music. There was an ice chest left on the bus with beer in it and spilled beer as well and there was spilled beer and one boy got it on his prom tux and had to take it off from smelling like beer. Kimberly, the manager, offered for us to use to bus until 10pm because of the mishaps but I told her that wouldn't work due to our prom starting at 7:30. I called Black Diamond Saturday night, Sunday and every day since. I've called, left messages, left voicemails and sent emails. I'm being ghosted because they don't want to refund me any money but I'm not backing down. As a business owner myself, you run your business off of good reputations & doing people right. I know businesses make mistakes as I have but you do what it right & you make it right. This is NOT the case.

He shielded some of my students from a potential danger, and I am very grateful for Marc for doing that. Here's where things go wrong, and none of them were the driver's fault. The bus that Ambassador Limo & Party Bus sent us was nothing like what was shown on their website. The moment it arrived, the driver was already trying to fix the molding on the windows, which should have been the first red flag. The actual condition of the bus was extremely poor and honestly unsafe. We experienced: -Broken seats that moved everytime the bus turned -Unsafe doors that didn't close or lock properly -Broken or damaged windows -Loose, damaged interior parts and an overall run-down, neglected environment This was not what we paid for ($1,700), not what was advertised, and not acceptable for transporting students. The condition of the vehicle felt thrown together, patched up, and not maintained to even a basic standard. This was supposed to be a great experience for my students to celebrate their efforts and congratulate them; but instead it became the running joke to get on the "ghetto mobile", and "hope we don't get kidnapped." To be clear, the driver did everything he could. He handled a potential danger appropriately, he was kind, and he tried to make the best of a situation he clearly didn't create. My issue is 100% with the company itself for sending out a vehicle in this condition and knowingly booking customers on a bus that is falling apart. For the safety concerns alone, this is not a company ! can recommend. I truly hope they address these issues, invest in proper maintenance, and stop advertising buses that look nothing like what they actually send out.
