Honestly, I found it rather traumatizing, but I continued to go because I had no other choice. I highly do not recommend this veterarian. Over the years they have had different people, and not many of them have been nice, let alone personable. If you love your pets, take them anywhere else.

This new grooming team was so rough with my gentle and happy dog that when I went to pick him up, he darted through the doors, eager to get out. They couldn't figure out how to put on his collar. They were not only inept, but cruel and traumatized my otherwise easygoing dog. He gets along with everyone and is very mellow, but something happened with this grooming staff, and I will never, ever bring my dog back to PetSmart.
