She was kind enough to get us in right away for our puppy Ceili to get washed and nails trimmed. She took her time for Ceili to get comfortable to climb up to the grooming table on her own while we there. This new grooming team was so rough with my gentle and happy dog that when I went to pick him up, he darted through the doors, eager to get out. They couldn't figure out how to put on his collar. They were not only inept, but cruel and traumatized my otherwise easygoing dog. He gets along with everyone and is very mellow, but something happened with this grooming staff, and I will never, ever bring my dog back to PetSmart. I always tipped $20 to the groomers on top of the fee, so I've been happy...up until now. Never again.
