Called BMPR to rent a table and chairs for Thanksgiving which they did share that they had…read moreavailability. We paid for delivery the day before and pick up the day after. The delivery was prompt and they left the table and chairs quickly without suggesting inspection. Did not think to open table or chairs until day of which ended up being a slight disappointment. The table was warped in the center so much that any item placed on either end shifted to the left or right. The table also had lots of exposed wood which caused a hazard for splinters, pulls on clothing and exposed screws. We made the best of the situation but not ideal. Called the day of pick up to advise the rental of the table issues and instead of apologizing and offering to fix the table, they insinuated I did something incorrect. Must state we were not looking for a discount but more so suggesting they fix the table. Thankful we had the option to rent but would appreciate quality control. Have to say the chairs were perfect and no issues. Not a great first experience.

From our initial planning and tasting, to answering every question promptly throughout the process, they made the entire experience as stress-free as possible. On the wedding day itself, everything went so smoothly, we truly cannot thank them enough! We also chose to use only the vendors recommended on The Vault 634's website, and we couldn't have been happier with those choices either. Everything came together beautifully. The motor has not even been wiped off and did not look like it had even been taken apart. I suspect they just filled the fluid and moved on. I called about it, and they admitted they did not check if the repair had been successful because they were too busy. They had my mower for three weeks and I am back to square one, minus some money. This company does a large volume of work and they are shorthanded; go elsewhere if you don't want to waste your time and money.

I tested it before leaving the store and it worked fine. Of course, when I went to use it at home, it didn't start. I called Rental World and less than 15 minutes later a truck pulled up with another plate compactor -- I couldn't believe how quickly they responded. I've compared prices and selection with Home Depot's rentals and typically end up renting from Rental World. I wish they were open on Sunday. If you want rent something for a weekend-long project, you'll need to rent it for the entire weekend and then return it Monday morning.

We were there for our sons senior pictures. The only issue we had was the clothing. Our son is a large young man, he wears a 3X to 4X t-shirt or sweatshirt. They didn't have 1 shirt larger than a 3X shirt. After much pulling tucking and "hold your breath " we got the shirt somewhat on him. Then comes the gown, this truly baffled me because these normally run large anyways. They had to take 2 small gowns and drape it over him. By now he is frustrated and completely humiliated. My husband is angry and almost in a rant about WHY? Then because we didn't come prepared for the family picture we had to return the following day to repeat the process. I find it very short sighted to not have at least 1 shirt and gown for larger size people. We are a nation that come in a multitude of sizes and not only up to 3X. He should not have been shamed because he is not within the size range your agency considers normal. I am hoping if we need to use you again this situation will be corrected.

The photographers clearly lack portrait training -- the lighting, angles, and expressions are all off. No amount of retakes can fix the lack of professionalism or care. These are supposed to be cherished memories, and instead, they're just frustrating reminders of a missed opportunity. If you're considering using this service -- don't. You'll get better results with your iPhone and a little natural light. Save your money and your child's memories.
