I cannot say enough good things about this company! First off, highly highly recommend. I booked a…read morebounce house with them for my boys birthday party this weekend. The booking process is amazing. You book online, they call to confirm and answer any and all question you have. They are so thorough and nice. The owner, I can't remember his name, but he is so friendly and attentive to what the customer is looking for. Once booked they don't require payment until the night before(credit card) or day of (cash/check) so that in the chance there is bad weather on the day of the event, there's no issues with needing to be refunded. That's a HUGE plus for me since they called for rain earlier in the week but luckily the weather prediction changed. They arrived around 8ish am for setup, which was quick. They found the best place to put the bounce house and went over the simple instructions and do's & don'ts. I also reserved the sno-COne machine which was super simple to operate. They supplied all the things for the machine minus the ice of course. I signed a few papers stating they went over everything and I sent my kids in. The bounce house(sports house with slide) was so clean as was the sno-cone machine. And it was the highlight of the party, I couldn't get the kids out of it! My husband and I even went in it after all the kids were asleep, I felt like a kid again!! So thankfully they let us keep it until the morning after the party. Pick up was easy, it was (I think) the owner and 2 workers. They worked so quick and had everything done within a few minutes. I honestly cannot wait to work with them again. We want to get another bounce house for a random party later this summer! 10/10 would recommend. I've already told every parent at the party that asked where we got it.

I rented their generator as well as we are doing my son's 4th birthday part IN A PARK, and their description on Generator states if renting in a park or location that is not close to an electrical outlet. I got an EMAIL rather than a phone call to make it more personal, stating they are NOT renting anymore for the weekend I am requesting and they do not deliver and rent out for parks. UHM WHAT. That is why you are renting out generators to operate the inflatable. I called and left a voicemail for more clarification - they have not called back. If you are not renting out anymore of the weekend I am needing, do not allow that date as an option. I thought their services were going to be awesome and their pricing is reasonable and that is why I decided to rent with them just for them to send me an EMAIL stating they can not service my party. UNPROFESSIONAL

The staff and owners are very friendly and helpful. The Hologram Zoo, with walking, swinging, and even stampeding animals, felt like another world. It was so immersive my 2 year old even kept the 3D glasses on the entire time. The different tunnels and rotating scenarios kept things interesting and engaging. We tried out one of the group experiences in the Hologram Rooms. The aquarium adventure was packed with different scenes. There were immersive underwater environments, interactive gameplay moments, and more all in 3D. It's one person per scene on a rotation with prompted turns, but there's still plenty for those waiting to see. They also have a fun green screen photo booth where you can take souvenir photos and videos. They also have a really cute variety of stuffed animals that were so well priced, we somehow ended up buying four. The whole place is clean, well run, and located right in downtown Easton. Definitely worth checking out! Can't wait to try the other room experiences and future holiday shows!

The entrance is a little weird to get to with a bunch of twists and turns, but once you get inside you're greeted by the front desk. We dealt with two different gentlemen (not sure on their names). They were both incredibly friendly, funny, and made our experience super enjoyable. We ended up playing our first round with a large childrens birthday party where the kids stomped us in rankings. Definitely a blast, even if we didn't know them. The second and third game were played with just us two. The arena is HUGE and of course dark. With the different obstacles and maze-like set up, it is actually pretty scary snooping around looking for one person. We ended up unintentionally scaring each other so bad so many times that we almost lost our voices. It was a total blast. The prices are great, staff is friendly, and the games whether with a huge group or just one on one are incredibly fun. We will definitely be back and bringing friends.
