Absolutely unacceptable experience…read more We hired this vendor to perform a bubble show for our daughter's 1st birthday party. Instead of focusing on the event he was hired for, he spent time criticizing another vendor and ultimately refused to perform the service we had paid for. Although his decision left a party full of children disappointed, we remained respectful and simply requested a refund since no services were rendered. In response, he explicitly stated on video that he would refund our money. We relied on that promise and considered the matter resolved. Since then, he has sent numerous messages attempting to justify keeping our payment and has completely reversed his position on issuing the refund. To be clear: he chose not to perform, acknowledged that a refund was owed, promised one on video, and is now refusing to honor his word. What should have been a joyful milestone for our family turned into an unnecessary and frustrating ordeal. Professionalism, accountability, and integrity matter, especially when working children's events. Based on our experience, this vendor demonstrated none of those qualities. If you are considering booking this company, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Customers deserve a vendor who shows up prepared to perform, follows through on their commitments, and doesn't create unnecessary drama on what should be a special occasion.

I took…read morea gamble on booking them for my wedding since they are a newer company and did not have many reviews yet and I am SOOOO glad I did. They were fantastic! I will start from the beginning. I messaged them on FB and inquired about their photo booth, because I had never seen one that looked like a mirror before-even cooler that it was touch screen. Tanya immediately responded and we arranged to speak over the phone, where I was given all of the information and provided with videos and pictures of the photo booth. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I put a down payment on it and proceeded to exchange texts and messages to ensure they received what they needed for the wedding. I sent photos of my husband and myself for their video screen (which runs during the course of the wedding for your guests to see), and sent my wedding invitation, which was used to frame some of the photos- I thought that was so cool! I talked to Tanya once more over the phone before the wedding to pick our back drop and do a run down. Oh! Prior to that they took a trip to my venue to scout out a space and talk to the coordinator- which was awesome! The day of the wedding they got there on time, set up, and had my guests rolling in right away. They worked with us for the entire night, keeping my party going. They have SO MANY props and I cannot begin to tell you how much fun my guests had with all of them. They set up this cute red carpet to make you feel like a celebrity too haha. The staff was so sweet, especially Tanya, and were smiles the entire time. There is a person working on your own personalized scrapbook the whole night as well, and they spent time with every guest, walking them through operating the touch screen booth. I have to say, between their welcoming personalities and attractive technology, my guests had the most wonderful things to say about their services. I am so thankful to have found this company-they beat out any other photo booths I have used at other weddings and they were slammed the ENTIRE night. If you don't pick them, you'll be missing out. Tanya is a wonderful lady to work with, and I am so happy to have had the pleasure of enjoying my night with her and her staff. I am also honored to leave their first review on yelp!
