They had the car for over 2 MONTHS! over that time I had to call them well over 10 times just to get updates as they would never reach out to me. They finally after weeks told me that the PCU needed replaced and I approved the replacement of it. Few weeks later I reach out again and they said that now there are other electrical problems which resulted in the coils smoking really bad. Logan then told me they would not work on the car anymore and suggested I take it to pick N pull and dump it.. I said fine Ill come pick it up. Few days later I picked it up after work on a Friday in the down pouring rain with NO help from the employees instead they all left the shop after I paid them over a thousand dollars. I got it loaded and got it home in the down pouring rain. Finally was able to look over the car see what they had done. Well I was pissed to find out they had broken my windshield in 3 areas! They also had broken off the driver door lock, and a lot of mold had grown in the trunk from where water was let in! The whole car was still torn apart as well! I took photos and went back to them when I was in town next and spoke to the manager. He denied any of the damages saying "Someone might have tried to steal your wipers and that's why its broken" Are you kidding me!!! He would not refund any amount for all the damages or admit to any of it. I am now in the process of trying to get a dispute on my card. Horrible service.

They told me it wasn't them, but happened due to the weather...????? No moisture, I keep it garaged, and frankly Springfield just doesn't get that hot and humid in January, not possible! I agreed to allow them to "fix it", brought in the next day and when I picked it up, I was in shock, they had actually made holes in the headliner and slathered some very strong smelling adhesive to the headliner, then it appears kept pressure on it for several hours. This destroyed the foam underneath, now the entire headliner needs to be replaced just to return it to how it was before I let them touch it. Unacceptable!! Just check out casenet and look at all the unhappy customers who had similar experiences.

I am a single woman on a fixed income and I needed a catalytic converter installed in my jeep I…read morebought the part at an auto parts store took it to Sheldon to install I paid $600 for the part and 250 for the installation and they called informed me it was ready to be picked up, I took the car back two days later and told them it was not fixed and I needed them to pull the catalytic converter out because there was something wrong with it they claimed it was a tranny issue I got that checked out, not a tranny issue! they did this back in August we have gone back-and-forth I've asked them to pull it so I can return it to the auto parts store because there's something wrong with it and they refuse to do that! the things that they've claimed about the rotten egg smell in my car that I'm breathing on a regular basis is not happening! They claimed that it piped out the muffler supposedly I googled this and it's absolutely not true!! this company is a rip off to women! do not ever take your car there they owe me $850 and I am preparing a lawsuit for much more, due to health issues that have come up breathing all of the exhaust fumes in my car from the catalytic converter!!! they're outright thieves!!!!
