Went in for the Friday the 13th piercing deal and had a terrible experience. I asked for a vertical labret and the piercer didn't even clean my lip or remove my makeup before piercing. When she marked the placement I told her TWICE that it looked crooked and she kept saying "no you're perfect." Well... it came out extremely crooked just like I said it would. She also gave me a ridiculously long bar. I understand leaving room for swelling, but this bar was so long it literally looked like an eyebrow piercing sticking out of my lip. The aftercare advice was also completely wrong. She told me to clean it with water and Dial soap instead of saline or saltwater, which is standard piercing aftercare. She pierced my friend's nose too and gave him a bar that was too short with no room for swelling. He even asked if she had a longer bar and she said no and pierced him anyway. I gave her the benefit of the doubt at first, but I went to another piercer for a second opinion and they confirmed everything: the placement is crooked, the jewelry is wrong, and the aftercare advice was bad. She was nice, but the service and piercing quality were terrible. I would not recommend getting pierced here. read more

OH MY GOD!!! Let me start off by saying, this is the cleanest tattoo shop I have been into in a long while. The guys are all so friendly and nice!! I felt super comfortable from the second I walked in. I also loved that there are 2 women that work there, that made me feel at ease. The one lady, the owner I think, her name was Noelle, she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable while I waited. She even gave me a free drink from the vending machine for my patience. I went to get a blue rose tattoo and showed the guy exactly what I wanted and it came out terrible!! I told him it was representing my grand children, it is nothing like what I asked for it was super infected after 2days and I had to go get antibiotics, I went and spoke to the owner and asked for 1/2 the mo ty back and he said to done back and he would fix it.. I have 4 other tats and I have never have this happen, this tattoo is terrible and now I have to get it fixed.. the other artist in there seem to be doing some awesome work, the guy who did mine is good at finger painting maybe due to my tattoo looks like someone dabbed paint and touched my skin!!! Just came from there got my spetum pierced. Its dark inside the place so the piecing looked normal. When I got home I notice it was crooked,the guy who pierced my nose was about 6 feet red hair and was wearing a green hat because of him I had to pull the piercing out which was worse then the first time I cannot believe this I have received many piercings from other shops and this is the first time that something this horrible has happen to me!!I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. read more

Never will I go into this place. Had a tv on Craigslist the guy wanted to trade me for a tat. I told him I wanted him to change a purple rose into a black rose. The couldn't understand what I wanted kept saying he was gonna put more black roses on me. When I told him I wanted to go in have him look at it he kept saying no just come in and ill give you the tat. I asked him twice for the address he would only give me the cross roads. After talking to him again he was giving me the creeps so I told him never mind. The guy went crazy blowing up my phone calling me texting me finally then he gives me the address to the shop. Then he says he has someone else there he's gonna tattoo but he has my needle ready and he can't use it in anyone else wtf? Is been over a month this has happen and this crazy man is still texting me trying to get me to go in. I would be really scared to step foot in this place. read more
