Locally owned and operated spot serving outstanding Hershey's hard ice cream. They have a list of 30+ flavors - I wish I had taken a picture of them all - for 2025, so I'm guessing the list stays constant for the year. The staff is more than happy to help guide you through the selections and let you taste samples. They're known for the Double Dippers two-scoop waffle cone but I decided to get my two scoops in a cup (the scoops are HUGE). Both flavors I got were absolutely decadent and I don't think you can make a bad selection. The interior is small but has seating and an adorable retro-feeling mural that is the perfect beach vibe. I paid less than $8 for the two scoops which was very fair for this area.

Double Dippers: Walking in- The place had a cute atmosphere that shouted beach and ice cream. Ice cream- The oatmeal ice cream was amazing, it was like an oatmeal raisin cookie was dissolving in my mouth. The brown butter bourbon truffle was very creamy and the caramel flavor was amazing. The salted caramel brownie was amazing and the flavors blended together perfectly. This ice cream place did not disappoint, it's now one of my favorites in Rehoboth. Stop by Double Dippers today for a delightful treat!

Double Dippers is a locally owned and operated ice cream shop that has been serving up delicious ice cream since 1984. They offer a wide variety of flavors, including both traditional and unique options. You can also get your ice cream in a waffle cone, a sundae, or a milkshake. They are known for their signature "double dippers", which are two scoops of ice cream served in a waffle cone. They also offer a variety of other treats, such as ice cream sandwiches, gelato, and frozen yogurt. Double Dippers is a great place to go for a delicious and refreshing treat. They have something for everyone, and their friendly staff is always happy to help you choose the perfect ice cream. We had two young elementary school children who wanted ice cream when we were here after Jungle Jim's water park in Rehoboth Beach so we ended up here. I was here with my family of five for our first time. We were hoping for some local home made ice cream, but we ended up with some very good Hersey's variety of ice cream. I have enjoyed Hersey's ice cream in the past. It is quite good. The shop's location is off the main street. Many ice cream varieties were on display. We were the only people here when we arrived. We all ordered single scoop ice cream in waffle cones or cups. I enjoyed my single scoop of Whitehouse Cherry ice cream in a cup, which had lots of cherries. My ice cream was creamy and tasty. Our young server was very accommodating to serve us from her counter. My total cost was $29 excluding gratuity for the five of us. I would return here again, although I prefer a more local home made or farm ice cream.

So sad to see Joe retire, but glad the business will continue. Double Dippers is the absolute best ice cream option in Rehoboth!

Small ice cream shop on the corner with over 25 flavors! The banana moose tracks is my favorite, but it's so fun to try new flavors each time, sad they'll be closing soon for the season though :(

The food is delicious. What makes this the best Ice cream place in rehobeth is its many flavors. When I go I always get oatmeal, graham cracker, and moose tracks. The most recent time I had great service. They were very polite and gave me samples when I asked even though they were busy.

Dark chocolate raspberry ice cream with sugar cone

This is a cute ice cream place close to the beach! They had a lot of unique flavors and the service was awesome. I arrived on a busy Saturday night with two friends. Even though the place was packed, the woman behind the counter was very attentive, and offered us many samples of different flavors. I ended up getting the dark chocolate raspberry, in a size Sissy. The Sissy size is one large scoop, and we had just gotten dinner beforehand, so this was perfect. The ice cream was creamy and had chunks of raspberry. It was really good, but at the end it felt a little too sweet. One of my friends got a chocolate chip cookie cone, and we were surprised that it wasn't a sugar overload - it actually compliments the ice cream. My other friend got a pretzel cone with a graham cracker ice cream flavor. The pretzel cone is a little salty and the graham cracker ice cream was definitely unique (in a good way!) and not something I've tasted before. Overall, this place is pretty good. Service is amazing, and ice cream can be really unique/interesting. The novelty cones can be a little expensive, but they don't taste bad and are worth a try!
