50/50 strawberry mango with vanilla ice cream! To die for!

Hands down the best ice cream spot in town! My go to is the mango/strawberry 50/50 with vanilla ice cream. So light, fresh, and delicious!

Such a cute little place. Gave it a 5 because of service also when we stopped by today. The girl who was serving us this afternoon was patient and really nice. Going to stop by when I'm in town again. Sirah was tasty and you can definitely taste sirah. I would this flavor can be even better with less sugar added. Went w/ pistachio but prob should have stick to the flavor I know and love. Tried my friend's 50/50? Woww that Mango w/ Vanilla Bean was oh so so delicious!!

Gunther's ice cream, and it's fresh. The Double Dip Gallery is our favorite spot for dessert and the service is friendly!

Adorable spot in downtown Lodi! Love perusing the art and ending with wonderful ice cream! The ice cream options were great, ice cream extra creamy and super fun flavor variety. Nice service, definitely recommend and will be back. Just wish they had a little more art.

Stumbled upon this shop on a hot Monday after dinner. The shop doubles as a little art gallery and ice cream parlor. Definitely a unique experience! The staff was super friendly and great at conversation. All of the flavors are locally sourced (I believe most are from the Sacramento area), so it's not just generic ice cream. I enjoyed all the flavors I sampled: birthday cake, horchata, cherry, pistachio, and lemon curd. I ended up going with a scoop of cherry and horchata. I was not disappointed and will definitely be coming back!

I loveeeeee this place! Best ice cream in town for sure. We are always greeted, the ladies always gives us samples and all the flavors are amazing. I also love the fruit freeze for the kids when I don't want them having too much sugar

Lick the art and browse the ice cream. This nifty little gallery is two places in one: art gallery and ice cream shop. Now why aren't there more of these type places around? No idea but there should be because everything is better with ice cream. Everything. You won't spend hours roaming endless gallery rooms, there aren't roped-off sections protecting postage stamp sized portraits crowded with people trying to snap blurry photos (you hear me Louvré)? Nope, this terrific little gallery has a little bit of everything including antiques and tchotchkes, photography and sketches and some other surprises here and there. Best of all is the small ice cream case that's filled with maybe 14-20 flavors of really terrific ice cream. Ask for samples, I didn't only because I was too full from dinner but when I spied German chocolate cake I could not leave the area without a taste; I had myself a tiny cone. Darling and delicious all in one. Enjoy your treat while you take in the what this little gallery has to offer. You can even take a load off on a bench smack in the middle of the place. Contemplate the artists' craft or lick your way into sweet oblivion, I did and it was bliss. A must stop if you're in town. There's always room for ice cream.

One thing I noticed right away was that it wasn't crowded at all, especially considering it was a weekend around lunchtime. We were able to grab a spot easily and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. That said, service was surprisingly slow during this visit. In fact, I eventually had to go find someone to help us, which is something I've never had to do here before. We've visited quite a few times over the years and service has usually been spot on, so I'm hoping this was just an off day. I also have to give a little shout-out to an employee who used to work here, an Italian woman who somehow always remembered me even though I wasn't a frequent visitor. She had the warmest personality and was always such a joy to talk with. If you've ever had one of those people who just makes a place feel welcoming, you'll know exactly what I mean. The wines themselves were lovely as always, and I still absolutely love the outdoor seating area. It's one of my favorite parts of visiting and makes for such a relaxing place to sit and enjoy a flight. Helpful tip: If the weather is nice, grab a seat outside. It's the perfect way to enjoy a tasting and unwind for a bit. Even with the slower service this time, we still enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back. Hopefully it was just an off day because this has always been one of our favorite stops when we're in Lodi.

The tasting, in particular, gives you a good cross-section of wines from the area. The wine options available change every Thursday. You get 4 selections from a menu for $12. (a bargain!) plus the charge is waived if you purchase two bottles. It's a good deal and you get to try things you may or may not enjoy before heading out to the multitude of wineries in the area. We had the most delightful and informative wine tasting I've had in many years. The wines were generally excellent with some excelling over others. Questions were readily answered or immediately researched and answered. There's very nice indoor or outdoor seating, all of it very pleasant. This is well worth an initial stop before forging out to visit specific wineries.

They poured so many wines. We joined our party a little late and were playing ketchup. She was great about describing all of the wines to us again, even though she had just been through the spiel. The regular zins and cabs all had a common denominator. They carried a very heavy port smell but delivered a very balanced taste. I kept expecting them to be sweet or syrupy but neither of those characteristics ever came forth. Their Dolcetto, knocked my socks off. I took a sip and knew that was going straight onto my favorite rack. Then she mentioned that it had won double golds and I can taste why! The Monte Pulciano was very smooth and enjoyable. The Late Harvest Zin was another one that I couldn't resist. Very rich and velvety but not so overpowering that you have to treat it like a port. When I say that, I mean have just a small glass with dessert because it's too rich to drink more. Pschaa. No thanks. This Late Harvest is perrfect and I know I could knock back many a glass. Volt from the Blue Port is so unique! I would have brought home a bottle of that too but she was temporarily out of stock. It carries a blue hue that I have never seen in a wine and just the slightest hint of blueberry in the taste. The Zin Port Dessert wine was the heavy syrupy sweet that I kept excepting to taste after smelling the zins & cabs. Too much for me but I'm sure some people would love it. I can't believe this is a young winery! I would have never known. Like they say, when you got it - you got it. Watts gots it.

There aren't a lot of businesses around here that have stuck around for decades and decades, and this spot has definitely earned its longevity by consistently serving up tasty, small batch yogurt. Honey Treat has been a favorite for generations of families. While they only offer a couple of different flavors of at a time. It is because they make specialized and rotating small batch deliciousness. Don't expect a huge selection when you come in, but just know that what you are offered was made with love. The only criticism I can even think of for this place is that usually when you visit in the summertime it's a little too warm to be comfortable inside, but that's definitely not enough to keep anybody away. It's a small shop anyway, so I tend to take mine out to the car and devour it in the air conditioning! This is definitely one of the best dessert spots in town. The shop has a welcoming, very local feel and a family-owned charm that is harder and harder to find these days. If you want consistently delicious froyo from a business with deep roots in this community, this is definitely the place you want to be.
