It needed the bracing because the screen door would close properly so I called. He said he was 5-weeks out and would get me on the schedule. Sent a few texts and always to busy. It's now 3-months. I text him "It's been three months. You don't really intend to finish do you?" That was the last I've heard from them and will hire another contractor to finish. Would I use them again? Not a chance. Would I recommend to a friend? No Way! Not even to an enemy. You've been warned!

Finally I gave up and called another very professional company, Quality Screens. They had completed the job, and I was very happy to have it all done in a grand total of three days. They even called when they were on the way. Very prompt, kept me fully informed about the same price. Five stars for them. Coastal screening called several weeks later to tell me they would be there next day. It was of great delight to tell them the job was given to someone else.

I called and at first I asked for storm shutters, however, the man I spoke with thought a high impact window would serve my needs better. Measurements were taken, the permits obtained and the window ordered with an estimate of 2 months, or possibly more, to get the project done.
