They have all the standard convenience food with drinks, snacks and some hot foods. They had some cool items also that I wouldn't have expected, too. We didn't eat at the restaurant but it looked nice. So did the RV park. It's easy on and off the highway making it very convenient. It could be nice I would definitely stop at Rim Resorts again. It's a great spot to get a cold drink on your way to some of the local drinks.

Nikki works with the efficiency of a Swiss watch. She can wait on you, serve you, and juggle two other tasks all at once -- chatting the whole time about how great it is to be in Pine. She knows everyone's name, what they usually order, and even a little about who they are. She truly is the hostess with the mostess. The Tap Room is small -- it seats about 25 to 30 -- but it carries an incredible inventory: craft draft beer, tasty wines, and amazing cocktails, plus some great bourbons and whiskeys. No matter how packed it gets (and it gets very busy, all the time, usually standing room only), Nikki is at your table at exactly the right moment to ask if you "need another," want to "order some food," or could use a glass of water. It's amazing to watch, and it creates one of the most fun atmospheres in the whole state of Arizona. They've got live music too -- one- or two-person bands whose singers are part of the crowd, not just there to entertain. It really is "a bar where everyone knows your name." Nikki is the star. We also ordered a triple smash burger with cheddar cheese and tomatoes, lettuce, and onion -- again, none of the veggies were included. We also ordered a mashed potato bowl with chicken, corn, and brown gravy, but there was no brown gravy in it at all. Even though a lot of our order was missing, I will say the food itself still tasted good. The biggest issue, however, was the customer service. The young girl working there, who looked to be around 16 years old, was extremely rude and snotty. When I asked for plastic utensils, she replied, "We do not have any." I asked how we were supposed to eat mashed potatoes and gravy without utensils, and she shrugged and said, "Ma'am, we are a bar, we do not have it." I responded that I've ordered takeout from many bars before and they always provide plastic utensils. She then sarcastically replied, "Good for you, have a nice day." I tried speaking with who I believed was the manager (he nodded when I asked if he was), and while I was explaining the issue, the young employee continued interrupting and talking over me. Another waitress overheard the conversation and quickly returned with plastic utensils, proving they did in fact have them available. The employee then changed her story, saying she "didn't know" if they had utensils and claimed she was super sweet to me(not rude). There is no reason an employee should be speaking to customers this way. She clearly needs additional customer service training before handling customer interactions on her own.
