Slowly but surely, my run cycles to dry my clothes went from 45 minutes to over two hours at times. I called multiple companies who weren't licensed to be on the roof where the vent exits the house, but luckily, Doc was recommended by one of them. I sent a message on the website and received an email back that Doc is extremely busy and the next available appointment wouldn't be until June. However, Doc gets his HVAC work done during the days and, if he has time, heads out to do the dryer vents at the end of the day and end of the week. I was just clocking out at work when I got the call - he could be at my house in 15 minutes. I rushed home and minutes after I got there, Doc was there too! He grabbed his ladder and headed up to the roof. Minutes later, I heard a strong vacuum that persisted for about 10-15 minutes, then Doc came to the door. He was done! I wrote him a check (very reasonable pricing and who knows how much he has saved me on electricity of running that thing), and he was on his way! I wish I could've seen what he sucked out of the vent, but after working all day, I'm sure I couldn't have distinguished what was mine and what was the rest of Fort Collins'. The test batch of laundry was next - lots of towels added to the clothes because for the past two weeks I was afraid of my house catching fire with the clogged lint in the vent, and hadn't done laundry in far too long. After a thorough wash, I threw everything in the dryer. Less than 45 minutes later, they were finished! Completely dry throughout (even the thick Carhartts I tossed in for good measure) and smelling fresh! Thank you, Doc, for saving me time, frustration, and money! Totally worth the investment and I've already recommended him to all of my neighbors!

We paid the monthly fee each month for the bi yearly checkups and had people come out every 6 months to check out the system. We told them every time that the upstairs was hot and after 3 years they did come put a mini unit in our master bedroom upstairs but left the other rooms upstairs hot. Then after 5 years of telling them the humidifier was not working they sent a new hire out and he told us that they put the humidifier in wrong and had checked it every 6 months for 5 years and lied to us telling us it was fine and worked properly. I am sure this guy lost his job. They tried to sell me an upgrade and I refused so they finally came and replaced ours with one that worked properly. Its amazing how nice it is to have what you paid for to be working. If you keep on them they will honor there warranty but they will not try to upsell you on what ever they can first and if you do not fall for it and hold them to it they will honor what they say they will.

Her furnace seemed new to me but according to the guy from R&H her furnace was old enough that they did not make parts for it anymore. I would not have even thought about getting a new filter since I am moving. Of course as luck would have it I came to a very cold house after the holidays up in Wyoming. Not only did the furnace need new filters but a new motor as well. Good thing they had those old motors in stock! Of course this would happen just before I leave. The gentleman that came out was professional and got the furnace going again. Since it was so old though he suggested that a new furnace should be considered in the future. Great.
