Work was done in less than 2 weeks. It was muddy/dirty as they dug the trench for the drain while trying to avoid the existing sprinkler system in the yard. They connected existing backyard drains and some gutter downspouts where that made sense to the new drainage system. To complete the job, they repaired a few sprinkler heads and connections that were damaged and power washed sidewalks and driveway. They also saved the grass that was removed digging the trench and replaced them over the completed drain system.

We emailed back and forth to confirm a date and time I could come back to pickup the new sheets. The day of I drove up to their site in Mililani and was surprised how many sheets of grass was extended as an apology. TBH, I was only expecting to pick up a few sheets of grass, but to my surprise and deep gratitude he was kind enough to give me a lot more sheets and again apologized for the last order.
