However, upon arrival, the receptionist informed me that I was booked for an extraction and replacement instead. When I explained that this was incorrect, she dismissed my concern and simply stated that the doctor would decide what I needed. Despite arriving on time, I waited nearly two hours past my scheduled appointment. Feeling completely unvalued, I eventually notified the staff that I was leaving. I have been a patient at this dentist offices for about five years, tolerating previous poor experiences solely due to the convenient location. It is clear they are now overbooking appointments to prioritize profit over patient care, and they no longer show basic concern for their clients' time or well-being. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this practice.

I waited about 1.5 hours, which I was understanding about, but for the actual consultation to feel like it lasted barely a minute was unacceptable. She spoke extremely fast, didn't examine my mouth/teeth, and didn't really explain a treatment plan specific to ME. It felt very rushed and more like I was being generalized with every other patient instead of actually being evaluated. When you're trusting someone to perform surgery, making the patient feel informed and comfortable is so important. I definitely would not feel comfortable having surgery with this surgeon after this experience.
