Our wait time was 10 minutes and took 10 minutes to get there from the point I checked in online. As we walked in, we were greeted and I told them we checked in online. The vibe was pretty chill on this Tuesday. I was up first and had no wait. My friend waited about 5 minutes before it was his turn. MJ was my stylist and she was friendly and did a great job trimming 6 inches off my hair. My friend's stylist was Tiffany and he said she was nice and talkative and that he felt he got a quality haircut. I saw their Facebook post about saving $5 bucks off a haircut and the sign up was easy. I got my perm done here by a so called perm specialist and let me tell you my hair looks absolutley…read morehorrible , it is straight in some spots ,curly in others, it knots up so easily now and i have no idea what perm solution she used but after 3 weeks of washing i still cant get the smell out! I went in there showed her a picture of a perm and it looks nothing like it . I wanted this perm to make my life easier but now i have to work extra hard and use a curling iron on some of it just to make it look good. The haircut that was suppose to be included was minimal she snipped a hair here and there and when i said i would of liked more layers she said well just wear it for awhile and you can come back and we can take more off! I have been a hairdresser for 30 years i think i know how i want my hair cut, but i wasnt about to argue. then i called her to see if i could come in and have her look at it she said sure but made it so i could never make her hours nor offer to meet me at time that worked for both of us . so i just said forget it and she never contacted me again !
