Called multiple times to book for a massage couldn't get anyone to get back to me. Tried again a couple days later and got booked only to be cancelled last minute with no options to rebook. This happened to me 3 times now. I tried going back because my husband bought me 5 one hour massage gift cards and they won't make it right and or give us money back for gift cards. Weak. I need a deep massage. I have been a stuntman for 40 years, and I know a good massage vs a weak one. When I told the masseuse I wanted a shiatsu, she said she didn't do that. As you know, Shiatsu is the deepest type without the use of oils. It's the only real massage. Using oil is kind of cheating and that is exactly what this place does. I would like to give them a second chance, I do that with almost every place I rate, but the massage is so expensive, I am not willing to do something, just to improve their rating, at my expense. This place was absolutely terrible to me in the lobby. I went back for my second massage because I signed up for their monthly membership. I was happy with my therapists but the women in the lobby were extremely rude and practically held me down to put a mask on my face. I have a medical condition and a scrip to prove it. I have no problem staying 6 feet away and washing my hands if that helps. However, on my way out I wanted to tip my therapist and that's when they proceeded to assault and embarrass me in the lobby where there were other costumers waiting. I told them I couldn't wear one and they wouldn't stop insisting (I'm literally leaving at this point)Finally I told them that I have a condition and they told me that I could come back after this covid thing went away. I have a membership there so I guess I'd be giving my money away? I asked to cancel and they told me that I still had to pay them for the month of August. So they charged me for an extra month that I can't use because of my condition that I made very clear. I do understand that businesses have the right to refuse their services to anyone and I completely support that. However, to charge someone for their services that they can't use is WRONG! Not to mention how completely embarrassed and uncomfortable that was for me. They have no idea what I've gone through and why I can't wear their masks. read more

Their massage therapists are wonderful. The billing department, however leaves little to be desired. I did not appreciate that I had to pay for their mistake when they booked my husband for a massage that was supposedly covered by a credit on our membership. However, days later they charged it to my debit card without notifying me. At the beginning of this month, I had suspended my membership due to financial difficulties, and now they've pushed me deeper into that hole. Thanks, Elements Massage, now I can't pay my rent because of your mistake that your representative failed to resolve. Hopefully, the next time one of your office staff makes a mistake you might acknowledge the issue and fix it. read more

I was so excited to be able to get a same day appointment when I called Elements. They were a little pricey, but really needed/deserved a good spa massage. The Good: The place was clean, relaxing and the front desk receptionist was attentive and gave me a "3 second" tour. This was a good start. The Bad: My massage therapist, Hayley was not great. Even when I told her deeper pressure, her technique was just not good. I don't know if it is inexperience, or just not her calling. The Elements Massage in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho, was able to get me in the very next morning after I called them. I liked the office right away. It was a simple waiting room and I immediately felt comfortable. The receptionist was very professional and kind. In a few minutes time, I was greeted by my therapist, Brooklyn. She walked me down a hallway which had many rooms to the left and right. I could tell that Elements was concerned about their client's privacy. The room was clean, smelled good, and nice relaxing music was playing. I had a full body massage and I must say, it was one of the best massages I have ever received. I'm sixty years old. There have been many times that I wondered if the massage therapist really "gets it." I didn't have to wonder with Brooklyn. She gets it! I live in Southern California but if I lived in Coeur d' Alene, Brooklyn would become my best friend! Very impressed with Elements Massage. read more

Just got a sports massage yesterday after an 18 mile run and it was amazing. It really fixed a lot of issues for me, especially around my shoulders. This place is a bit pricier than most but the massage therapist knew what she was doing. I'm very impressed and will be back to fix all those knots and stiff muscles. read more

My wife had a gift card to get a massage here and for $59.00 we made it a couples massage. They were very professional, did a great job and communicated well throughout the massage as to pressure desired. They offer $30 off for new customers which was nice and they have a membership deal for people that go more often than my wife and i do which is like once a year at best. Electric heated tables were nice and they adjusted electrically as well which i had never experienced before. Nothing super fancy about the looks of the place but they do great work. read more

Terrible!! We have given these place several chances and have been very disappointed! The massages were mediocre at best. The front desk staff has been rude on several occasions. One of many examples, we scheduled a couples massage and my husband was running a few minutes late. When I came out he was waiting there and they said he didn't have an appointment. I told the lady I scheduled them together and they even asked if we wanted the couple room. She acted as if I was lying. We canceled our membership and will not be back. There is a reason they run a groupon every week! They can't hold onto their customers. read more

I love this place. While they tend to be on the more expensive side of massage places in town, the staff is always courteous and professional. They know me from the moment I walk in and great me with a smile. I appreciate the text reminders a day or two before and even a follow up email. Booking is easy online and I have had no trouble. But the absolute best part is my massage therapist - Kaylee. She is the bomb. She rocks!!! I love her. From the first time I had her, she was professional, conversational and just plain fun. Every time she asks the right questions about what I need and where the focus should be. She knows exactly what to do. Being a triathlete, I appreciate the attention to detail she has for me. I feel like I am her only client, which of course she has many, but that is what I have come to expect from her.
