Editing my review after If left a bad review because of confusion on gift cards. Cammie, the cda studio manager reached out to me and got it all figured out and was a huge help. Very nice people, even though what happened wasn't right they made it right in the end and that is what matters. read more

I had my massage with Mike today and he was exceptional. He listened to exactly what I requested and worked through all the tough spots. He reminded me of a physical therapist. I could tell that not only did he know what he was doing, he was a genuinely kind person. Thanks Mike!! read more

Called multiple times to book for a massage couldn't get anyone to get back to me. Tried again a couple days later and got booked only to be cancelled last minute with no options to rebook. This happened to me 3 times now. I tried going back because my husband bought me 5 one hour massage gift cards and they won't make it right and or give us money back for gift cards. Just want to use the money my husband already spent there. read more

Weak. I need a deep massage. I have been a stuntman for 40 years, and I know a good massage vs a weak one. When I told the masseuse I wanted a shiatsu, she said she didn't do that. As you know, Shiatsu is the deepest type without the use of oils. It's the only real massage. Using oil is kind of cheating and that is exactly what this place does. I would like to give them a second chance, I do that with almost every place I rate, but the massage is so expensive, I am not willing to do something, just to improve their rating, at my expense. Sorry, it's kind of too bad I cannot give zero stars. read more

This place was absolutely terrible to me in the lobby. I went back for my second massage because I signed up for their monthly membership. I was happy with my therapists but the women in the lobby were extremely rude and practically held me down to put a mask on my face. I have a medical condition and a scrip to prove it. I have no problem staying 6 feet away and washing my hands if that helps. However, on my way out I wanted to tip my therapist and that's when they proceeded to assault and embarrass me in the lobby where there were other costumers waiting. I told them I couldn't wear one and they wouldn't stop insisting (I'm literally leaving at this point)Finally I told them that I have a condition and they told me that I could come back after this covid thing went away. I have a membership there so I guess I'd be giving my money away? I asked to cancel and they told me that I still had to pay them for the month of August. So they charged me for an extra month that I can't use because of my condition that I made very clear. I do understand that businesses have the right to refuse their services to anyone and I completely support that. However, to charge someone for their services that they can't use is WRONG! Not to mention how completely embarrassed and uncomfortable that was for me. They have no idea what I've gone through and why I can't wear their masks. read more

Their massage therapists are wonderful. The billing department, however leaves little to be desired. I did not appreciate that I had to pay for their mistake when they booked my husband for a massage that was supposedly covered by a credit on our membership. However, days later they charged it to my debit card without notifying me. At the beginning of this month, I had suspended my membership due to financial difficulties, and now they've pushed me deeper into that hole. Thanks, Elements Massage, now I can't pay my rent because of your mistake that your representative failed to resolve. Hopefully, the next time one of your office staff makes a mistake you might acknowledge the issue and fix it. read more

I was so excited to be able to get a same day appointment when I called Elements. They were a little pricey, but really needed/deserved a good spa massage. The Good: The place was clean, relaxing and the front desk receptionist was attentive and gave me a "3 second" tour. This was a good start. The Bad: My massage therapist, Hayley was not great. Even when I told her deeper pressure, her technique was just not good. I don't know if it is inexperience, or just not her calling. I probably could have gotten my cat to give me a better massage....if I had a cat. read more

My husband and I visited this studio when we were visiting CDA recently and had a fantastic experience! We are members of an Elements studio where we live and love it, so our expectations were high when we decided to book. The studio was clean, with a relaxing ambiance, and our therapist, Maryann, was exceptional, as was the front desk team. We will gladly return when we are in the area again! read more

I got a deep tissue massage by Wendy at Elements Massage, it was the best experience! Wendy gave the best hour massage ever! I left feeling completely relaxed. The staff is delightful. The only critique I would give, is for them to offer water in the waiting room. read more

The Elements Massage in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho, was able to get me in the very next morning after I called them. I liked the office right away. It was a simple waiting room and I immediately felt comfortable. The receptionist was very professional and kind. In a few minutes time, I was greeted by my therapist, Brooklyn. She walked me down a hallway which had many rooms to the left and right. I could tell that Elements was concerned about their client's privacy. The room was clean, smelled good, and nice relaxing music was playing. I had a full body massage and I must say, it was one of the best massages I have ever received. I'm sixty years old. There have been many times that I wondered if the massage therapist really "gets it." I didn't have to wonder with Brooklyn. She gets it! I live in Southern California but if I lived in Coeur d' Alene, Brooklyn would become my best friend! Very impressed with Elements Massage. read more

We scheduled a couple's massage for my husband's birthday. They were so kind at the front desk. We had an amazing couple's massage experience. The massage was great, the room was clean and beautiful. We had a great time. I highly recommend. read more

An excellent deep-tissue masseuse works there, so sorry about this. Shady billing practices, and unfriendly staff if you choose to cancel their monthly. *note, you will be billed after canceling. read more

Just got a sports massage yesterday after an 18 mile run and it was amazing. It really fixed a lot of issues for me, especially around my shoulders. This place is a bit pricier than most but the massage therapist knew what she was doing. I'm very impressed and will be back to fix all those knots and stiff muscles. read more

My wife had a gift card to get a massage here and for $59.00 we made it a couples massage. They were very professional, did a great job and communicated well throughout the massage as to pressure desired. They offer $30 off for new customers which was nice and they have a membership deal for people that go more often than my wife and i do which is like once a year at best. Electric heated tables were nice and they adjusted electrically as well which i had never experienced before. Nothing super fancy about the looks of the place but they do great work. read more

Terrible!! We have given these place several chances and have been very disappointed! The massages were mediocre at best. The front desk staff has been rude on several occasions. One of many examples, we scheduled a couples massage and my husband was running a few minutes late. When I came out he was waiting there and they said he didn't have an appointment. I told the lady I scheduled them together and they even asked if we wanted the couple room. She acted as if I was lying. We canceled our membership and will not be back. There is a reason they run a groupon every week! They can't hold onto their customers. read more

The service was ok but they took 2 months of automatic payments for themselves when I had taken in a written notice to cancel my automatic billing charge for a monthly massage. They said they cancelled it but they did not. read more

Great job guys. First massage i habe had was years ago. Didnt know what to exspect. Everyone was very friendly and helpfull. We had a 60 min couples massage. Definitly will be back in couple weeks for our 90min massage. Thanks again. Feel great read more

I was skeptical at first. Never been there . The people up front were very nice and helpfull. Ask for Julie she will change your life

They have friendly, courteous staff and quality therapists. I have enjoyed the convienence of the membership program. It helps my budget and keeps me regular with massages for my wellness. read more

I love this place. While they tend to be on the more expensive side of massage places in town, the staff is always courteous and professional. They know me from the moment I walk in and great me with a smile. I appreciate the text reminders a day or two before and even a follow up email. Booking is easy online and I have had no trouble. But the absolute best part is my massage therapist - Kaylee. She is the bomb. She rocks!!! I love her. From the first time I had her, she was professional, conversational and just plain fun. Every time she asks the right questions about what I need and where the focus should be. She knows exactly what to do. Being a triathlete, I appreciate the attention to detail she has for me. I feel like I am her only client, which of course she has many, but that is what I have come to expect from her. Kaylee is by far the absolute best massage therapist I have ever had in all my massages - ever. She is just plain rocks!!! read more

My husband and I both just got massages here and we both had a great experience. The staff is very nice and helpful. When you call to schedule an appointment they ask you what kind of pressure you like to make sure that they match you with the right massage therapist. We both already scheduled our next massages. read more

Beautiful studio and Calming atmosphere. Easy to book and they are open every single day!! I love how they offer a high end massage for a discontented rate. Every Massage that I have at elements is customized to me and not every massage is the same every time. I always leave feeling refreshed and strengthened. I am blown away with their free to join membership that will give you a 30 dollar savings on every visit... and they also offer that to all your friends and family as well!! I was shocked!!! Investing in Massage at Elements has worked wonders for me.Thank you Elements Team for being so Amazing!!!! read more

Surprised at the negative feedback! My positive experience started with a gift card, first-time massage. Loved it. Signed up for the wellness program. The front staff have been friendly and helpful, and Gloria has been very effective in relieving the stiffness in my neck and shoulders. read more

My massage with Zack was fantastic. He was polite and attentive, which made the whole experience even better overall.

My husband and I joined their membership program two years ago. We not have doubled our membership with them (booking a minimum of two massages a month)! We love it. They are professional, the facility is well decorated, and very clean. The staff are bright and kind, and always remember our names. We see this as a need now, not a want. We don't know what we would do without it. read more
