I used to get massages on a regular basis just for relaxation and to relieve some minor aches and pains that come with sitting in front of a computer 40 hours a week. Shirley is different from any other massage therapist I have used. She explains what she is doing and why, and sends you home with stretches and movements to do to make the most of your session. She is able to focus deeply on any problem area and stick with it as it dissolves under her firm, yet compassionate touch. She brings a lot of skills and experience to the table with her. Additionally, she is incredibly consistent with her care. I never had to worry that she may be having an off day or not be focused - she always brings her "A" game. After receiving massage from Lynn for more than a year, our school for Asian Bodywork hired her to teach the Western Massage component of our program. Lynn also did a bang up job as an instructor.
