I was getting desperate. . Someone in my building, a contractor, recommended this company. John asked for a video of the space to save time, instantly provided a very fair estimate, and said they could do it in a week. What!? So of course I said yes... then immediately got scared. My concerns were somewhat put to rest when I saw all these great reviews - but there were so many that I was skeptical that they could really be that good. I can now tell you YES they are THAT good! They did an outstanding job - we have sanded and refinished floors ourselves so we know all the expected glitches - which there were NONE- and the level of skill these guys have to have to do such a quality job. The quote was great and inside the budget we'd allowed and we got a ton more than we expected - broken boards replaced, boards that had been replaced with the wrong wood were removed and redone with the correct, matching wood, a couple of boards that didn't lay completely flat were repaired, and so on. But the finished floors were the star of the show! The floors look new. Not repaired, not improved - NEW. We have a long house, and you can see a huge expanse of wooden flooring from one end to the other, and the effect is now gorgeous. We are entirely happy and we got exactly what we'd hoped for.
