The advantage of this room is that it is enormous and has a huge bathroom with shower, tub and spa. You will want to have an extra chair to perch on for use of the wi-fi. You may also want to bring in your folding camp chair for an easy reading place or use the living room. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. They had a continental breakfast in the morning. It has the usual good stuff where you make your own waffles and have sausage, scrambled egg and fruit. They also suggested a couple of nearby restaurants for both breakfast and supper. I have to say I was very pleased that the attention the staff made to making sure breakfast food was hot, plentiful and available.I always tip the breakfast person and housekeeping, It's an old school way of thinking and I hope you as travelers will consider adopting it. The room had all the space I needed and in a Mini refrigerator microwave and coffee maker. Everything was working just fine and very clean as I said, I was impressed with the staff and their willingness to try to help me in any way that they could. The drive from the highway to the Domes takes 30+ minutes and is on one heck of a windy mountain road. One you get up to them, you'll not want to leave. There are staples in the pantry. But you'll need to bring your own food stuff. I am not very good at "doing nothing" but somehow this place managed to slow me down and allow me the relaxation I really needed. The Domes can accommodate 1 person or 20ish. The beds are comfy and the living space has everything you need . .. except a TV. There's wifi for your phone or tablet in case you need to catch up on news, check in with family or watch a game you just can't miss. Super reasonable for a large group. Check it out!

Any food or water brought into guest rooms will end up crawling with ants. We even had ants in our beds, which was odd. Other than that, our stay was fine.

Linda, the owner, greeted us with a welcoming smile and a tour of the beautifully decorated dining room and sitting area. A lovely Designer Christmas tree and a roaring fire set the tone of our stay. Linda had late-night cheese and crackers, champagne and sparkling cider, hot cocoa, and popcorn to ring in the new year. We watched the ball drop in a cozy TV room and ate our pizza from the local brew pub. The deer were walking up the roadway through the dense morning fog while Linda prepared a tasty homemade quiche and pumpkin muffins, accompanied by tasty brewed coffee, a choice of juice, and fresh fruit cups.
